It has been a mesmerizing experience.
All the staff is kind and professional.
We reached the camp base where Ruth made us feeling at home and kindly answered all our questions.
Finally on board of the balloon we felt amazed by the view and the pilot made us feel safe.
We recommend this experience to everyone.

A Breathtaking Hot Air Balloon Experience in Dubai!
If you’re looking for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure in Dubai, a hot air balloon ride is an absolute must! From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless—well-organized, professional, and beyond breathtaking.
As we lifted off just before sunrise, the vast desert landscape stretched endlessly beneath us. The golden hues of the rising sun painted the dunes in stunning shades of orange and gold, creating a surreal and almost magical atmosphere. Floating high above the desert, we spotted graceful gazelles and even a few wandering camels—a true Arabian dream!
The ride was incredibly smooth, and the pilot provided fascinating insights about the region, adding depth to the experience. The silence of the sky, combined with the panoramic views, made for an unforgettable and peaceful moment of reflection.
Landing was just as smooth as takeoff, and the team made sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout. To top it all off, we were treated to a delicious breakfast in a traditional Bedouin camp, making the adventure even more special.

BE CAREFUL WITH PURCHASING A VIDEO!
At the briefing in the camp I purchased the video experience for AED 200, and I was promised it was going to be delivered within 48 hours.
It turns out there was no video. In the beginning they were responding to my messages, but after 4 days, I was just ignored. They ripped me off. I can even call it stealing because they took my money and never delivered my purchase. I would NOT recommend this company.

Booked a couple trip for balloon ride. What was suppose to be an incredible experience turned out to be a complete waste of time. 4.30am pick up. Arrival late at the hanger. Briefing already started without us. Shuttled around like sheep as to be expected but lots of shouting to move around with little clear communication.
When we got to the balloons pilots did try twice to get the balloons up. All other companies in the area managed to get their balloons up.
Captains decided to cancel and that was it. Shuttled back to the car. No clear communication that flight actually canceled. No indication of what will happen next.
Reached out to the company on Whatsapp (charlie, Shepard Balloon Manager) and the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Zero apology for lack of communication and extremely defensive. I have witnessed rude companies in Dubai but never to this level.
Don’t waste your time with this company. Zero interest in client satisfaction.
