Booked this experience 2 days before getting to Siem Reap, got a confirmation and everything. Called the tour operator an hour before the scheduled tour - he answers my call and says he closed his business 3 years ago. Its been a nightmare trying to get a refund.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Communication was horrible from the beginning. I had to reach out multiple times to get a response in order to be picked up (this they “offered”) gave all my hotel information in order to be picked up for this tour at 7:45 in the morning. I waited for two hours past this time and no one ever showed up. I had planned on spending the day at the floating villages and flooded forest, and they screwed my vacation plans. This was my first time in Cambodia and unfortunately I did not get to experience this because of the terrible service from this company. I would absolutely not recommend. You get what you pay for. Choose another company, for your own sake.
Oh- and if this happens to you, too. Good luck getting a refund. They have gone silent. This company (Lin) is a fraud. Negative stars. Pay a bit more, and use a legitimate company. Otherwise he will be ripped off like I was.

Es war alles etwas kurz, aber bei einer Halbtagestour war das klar. Es war alles super organisiert und wie beschrieben.
Ich war froh mit dem Kleinbus dort zu sein. Man ist schneller und entspannter vor Ort. Nach dem Sonnenuntergang bewegt sich viele Ausflüger die staubige Strasse bis zum See wieder Richtung Siam Reap. Da war ich froh nicht im Tuk Tuk zu sitzen und den ganzen Staub abzubekommen.
Danke für die entspannte und gelungene Tour.

This has been the best day of our trip so far (and we’ve had a lot of great days). Even though the village wasn’t floating (not far enough into rainy season yet) it was amazing to walk through an authentic Cambodian village. They were so friendly and the school children love the opportunity to practise their English.
After the tour of the village, you are then taken on a little boat into the river to watch sunrise at a floating restaurant - a perfect end to the day!
What made this trip so good was our guide, Chenda. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and he had a genuine enthusiasm for his job.
Don’t leave Siem Reap without doing this tour!
