We went with my Husband to Punta Arenas de Luna de Honey and hired 2 tours, full day Torres del Paine (group) and full day Punta Arenas and Strait of Magellan (private)
We had a great time, Gabriel and Juan who were in the first, had very good group management and tourist information, it was exhausting and for me the stop times were good in each viewpoint and stopping point... for my husband it was little time but because he enjoys that frigid climate; and we won pot draw a plush milodon!!
On the other tour Luis with his wife were very friendly and had a lot of flexibility to visit some points of interest to us, instead of others we had already seen

When you travel for the first time to an area that is demanding like Chilean or Argentine Patagonia, the most valuable thing is to have a tour operator that delimits the space and cultural patterns that you must take care of so that the experience reduces risks and is as pleasant as possible.
I visited Punta Arenas, Puerto Natales, Torres del Paine and El Calafate with Punta Arenas tours and from the beginning they gave me detailed information about each route, the schedule in which each tour should arrive without exaggerating the arrival time that can take its toll on you because of the cold of the area; the contacts in each tour and accommodation, the type of costumes, the types of currency allowed and a long etc...
And, as an attaché, they were always vigilant in responding to our inquiries accurately and efficiently. Thank you, Veronica and Luis for your professionalism!

AVOID THIS COMPANY - Not a tour company just a broker that books you with a real tour company. No physical mail address and conducted business via WhatsApp only (missed those red flags). I sent my desired itinerary to them with 12/29/23 selected for this tour, paid the fees through a third party app and they sent me a confirmation back. I did not notice that the company had changed the date of the tour to 12/30 without my approval until 12/28/23. No refund was given and Veronica was very rude in her communications. The other tour I took with them (Torres del Paine) we were the last family in the hotel lobby in the morning and I had to WhatsApp to see what was going on. A tour bus had to come back to the hotel (they had left about ten minutes prior) and explained that we were not on their roster and came back for us as a late add.

We sent him the date of his tours to his email twice and he never said that the date was not the 30th. It is the responsibility of the passenger
Notify that your date was not correct, so it was sent by email and your WhatsApp. Next time, look at what they sent you so you won't have a problem. And for your information, we are also travel organizing agencies and we work with several agencies in Punta Arenas. Peter must have told you that too.

It was an amazing experience! We even got the chance to see whales!! Something that is very uncommon at Fuerte Bulnes. The service, kindness and dedication of Veronica and her team is incredible! 100% recommend Tour Punta Arenas and all the tour services that they provide! The tour guide was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! If you're looking to do tours in Punta Arenas and its surroundings I highly recommend this tour company. We did three tours with them and we have nothing but positive experiences with them and their service which included transport from and to the airport!

We thoroughly enjoyed our day with David. Our tour of Fort Bulnes and the Magellan Strait was better than expected. We enjoyed the lovely scenery, the relaxed pace and David's suggestions for seeing Punta Arenas. He was very receptive to our requests and took us to try choripan when we asked for some Chilean food. David clearly enjoyed showing us around, making our day thoroughly enjoyable.

Peter, the tour guide was great. There were 8 of us and we all thought the same. He is very knowledgeable and we learned a lot. Highly recommend him.

We have booked and fully paid in advance for the private shore excursion 'Full day in Punta Arenas and visit the Strait of Magellan' scheduled for February 3, 2023.
However upon arrival on February 3rd at Punta Arenas our cruise ship 'Norwegian Star' was not able to disembark due to the weather conditions.
The tour operator totally manipulated the facts in order not to refund us for the tour that never happened - first they claimed that they did not know the ship name, then pretended they did not know that the ship was unable to disembark passengers, etc.
Attached is one example from WhatsApp conversation with the company.
So unprofessional and manipulative! Never use this company!

Be careful before booking this tour… it is sold as a full day tour but it is only a half a day tour… our boat was about an hour late in the dock so we ended up starting our tour at 9:30am… the tour ended at 2pm… I guess we saw the most important highlights at Punta Arenas but we didn’t see all sites listed in the tour.

Very good, our apologies in advance. Certainly a lack of coordination occurred that we very much regret. In the six years of hard work that we have had, we have made an effort to make each passenger feel at home, thus earning very good comments. But on this one occasion we have experienced a lack of coordination that played a trick on us. However, we have already fixed it for the peace of mind of future travelers. Excelente tour a cargo de Luis Delgado. Muy recomendado. Súper bien explicado y completo visitando la mayoría de las recomendaciones turísticas de Punta Arenas. Luis tiene vasto conocimiento de la zona.

We would like to book this tour for January 10, 2020 when we arrive in port on a cruise ship. According to the information on Trip Advisor the trip leaves at 2 AM. Is this accurate? We would like a morning trip because we have to board the ship before 5:30 pm.
