I'm sorry that the service didn't fill your expectations, however we've recived a report from our driver Angelica and she waited about 2 hours in the international arrivals gate and nobody showed up. As for the price, we wrote you the reason for an additional cost and it was only 15 USD oneway transfer and we received a confirmation from your part.
