      No communication after promising refund.
      My family booked a bike tour with this company. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, the tour was cancelled. Lorena promised us a 90% refund per their policy, but has not responded to emails or calls since she promised the refund. Additionally, nothing has posted back to our credit card. It really is a shame since we are planning to do the same trip next spring break, but obviously will be using a different company since this company is not responding to us or fulfilling their written promise of a refund.I totally get that we are all in a difficult situation but not responding for weeks is worrisome.

      Just fabulous
      Called here on a cruise...what a place. It has everything and the most amazing atmosphere. Perfectly safe to walk around. Would definitely recommend a guide as there is so much to see and do. GO...GO...GO

      Was alone on this tour, very informative and so much fun myself and ronald(the guide) laughted the whole day. Would recommend this tour to anyone early in there trip.
