EXCELLENT private tour visiting Islas del Rosario

In a word: EXCELLENT.

I really liked the contact with Francis. It is Spanish and reacts very quickly by whatsapp and is clear in its communication and we had no surprises afterwards: namely the clear beads and thick chocolate. You really feel that Francis wants you to have a great time and think with us giving many recommendations.

The crew consisted of the captain and a young assistant: both friendly and offered us to play our own music (bluetooth). They were very gentlemanly in getting some less able family members on and off the ship.

The Guide knew places where he does the best snorkeling (what we wanted to do) we saw many very colorful fish. The quality of the snorkeling equipment was very good: glass instead of plastic that let us appreciate everything in high definition type.

The boat was in good condition, Francisco has several types and we decided on one with the pink armchairs. I’ve never seen a boat in that color before but my 8-year-old daughters loved it and we named it the “Barbie boat.”

If you want to spend an unforgettable day at sea, look no further than to contact Francisco.

We are a Dutch family (we live near Amsterdam) on holiday in Colombia.

The best way to experience the Rosario Islands!

I can't say enough good things about this experience. We had an amazing time. The crew let us make our own itinerary and recommended some great locations for us. We ended up stopping at the Bora Bora beach club for lunch and the food was amazing. The crew took every step to ensure our safety. They were so nice and accommodating. I would recommend this experience to anyone visiting Cartagena.

Rental boat rosary islands

Very good experience. The whole organization of the tour, from its hiring and its development was great. No surprise in the price or during the trip. We were two families with children and made sure that nothing was missing being aware of all the details. It's been a great experience.

Pretty good

This is a late entry. We should have confirmed that Fran was going to lead our group. We booked based on reviews including him or Carlos. We had a very sweet guide whose English was not great and did not know anything about the area. The other surprise was being asked by the guide if we wanted to pay for the crew’s lunch and the restaurant we were taken to had a pricey menu. It felt strange to say no but we did not plan for $20-30 per crew member and a tip. Since we were working in cash, we asked if they’d like to eat with us or get a tip. The crew members did not seem happy with us after that time. I would clarify this first before booking. The snorkeling was okay- groups that fed the fish definitely saw more.

Hi Micheline!! We're glad you had a good day! I'm Fran! I'm so sorry to read those inconveniences. The crew's menu is voluntary, they have a budget for their meal every day, I give it to them. If the customer wants to offer something more premium, it is possible, but it is not mandatory. They are always going to eat. At first I was in charge of all the groups, but the truth is that there are a lot of reservations and I can't manage all of them. I like to assign a guide to each group so that the service is very personalized. Thanks for your review!

Great boat trip!

Fran was excellent. So communicative throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions and worked with me to see what was the best option that would balance the different ages of my kids. The boat was super comfortable and clean. I felt very secure with the captain and they were very accommodating to our needs . The islands were great! We had a super great time. I would definitely rent from Fran again if I come back to Cartagena and I recomend him 100 percent. This is the best thing I’ve done since I’ve been here.

Great human team

We booked with this operator and from beginning to end the service was very good. They are very attentive, punctual and have everything very organized. Alejandra, very attentive, accompanied us throughout the organization of the outing, she accompanied us to the boat where the crew was with whom we would go to the islands. Monrrys and Luis a 10 guys!! We trust the reviews that the operator has, and without a doubt they are more than deserved. Some Cracks!!

Best way to tour the islands

My girlfriend and I had a great experience. The main office was very responsive and provided recommendations to finalize our itinerary. The captain and crew were very professional and knowledgeable of the area. This is the best way to experience the islands in peace with all kinds of flexibility (stay as long as you want or as little at the different places) as other companies are a quick agenda. We were able to visit 7 destinations because of how well the Captin maneuvered through the waterway. Our faves were Isla Playa Blanca and Coralina Island for a great lunch. We are overall very satisfied with the service and our experance.

Excellent service

The Rosario Islands are very beautiful, it is highly recommended to go to Coralina for people who want to go as a couple to a quiet place and very good food.
