I did the city tour with Johnny. He was a wonderful guide to Medellin! He was so knowledgeable! This is a must do tour! Seeing Communa 13 was a MUST! I am so glad I did this tour!

We had an amazing time going around medellin. It was really interesting to see the parts of the city that were affected by the history of violence in the city and see them thriving. Camilo was our tour guide and he is really knowledgeable and patient. Great experience!!

Fue un día espectacular. Me encantó Comuna 13 el Metro Cable la Museo de Antioquia y la Galería de Arte del Palacion Nacional. Joshua nuestro guía fue muy amable y paciente con mi amiga y yo y caminó con nosotras hasta el cansancio para asegurar que viéramos todo lo bello que es Medellin. Fue un tour muy chevere y los 100% recomiendo

We had a great time w/ our tour guide Camilo.
His English and his understanding of the areas is strong. He also kept a watchful eye on my father to make sure he was comfortable.

I had an early morning arrival, and the company offered to pick me up from the airport and do tour right away instead of 1 pm. I’m very glad it happened that way. Mr. Joshua picked me up and dropped by my hotel to store my bag. We went Comuna 13 first. Be prepared that it’s hilly. We then went to ride on the cable. I bet it’s amazing at night. We ended in the city. Mr. Joshua answered my questions. He did amazing speaking English after just learning it months ago. I felt safe the whole time. I’m glad I booked a private tour.

What an amazing experience! Camilo was the best tour guide we ever had in Colombia! Not only did he show us the highlights of Medellin, Camilo also gave us the historical context that only a local would know. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. The four hour tour flew by because we were having so much fun exploring and learning with him. At the end of the tour, we were sad to say goodbye, so we are obviously thinking about other tours we can reserve with Camilo. He is simply one of the bright spots of Medellin!

Camilo is one of the best tour guides I have ever had! He made the experience unforgettable, as he had informative stories and historical facts to provide us with while visiting Comuna 13 and the other stops on the tour. He also provided a lot of information and insight about the public transit (we used the outdoor escalators in Comuna 13, cable cars and the metro) and the history of Medellín itself.
He is very personable and was primarily concerned with us enjoying our trip (while also serving as our personal photographer).
We have already booked additional tours with him, and I can’t recommend him highly enough!
