The tour company met us at the location on time, driver did a great job to get us there safe on time and take us back to the city on time. The Tour guide Andrea was Amazing, always taking care of us and giving us information with a kind and fun attitude. I highly recommend this Tour and Tourism company.

Hace aproximadamente tres años hicimos el mismo tour en otra compañia pero decidimos cambiarla ya que el conductor iba muy rápido. Al final no fue una buena elección, ya que lo único rescatable fueron Andrea y el barco.
Para empezar, el desayuno no estuvo nada bueno, ya que los huevos tenían un color extraño. El resto estuvo regular y el almuerzo no estuvo malo; es más,
recibimos una excelente atención por parte del restaurante.
El mayor problema, y por el que escribo esta reseña es por la velocidad de los conductores, ya que este fue peor que el anterior... Rebasaba a otros carros EN LAS CURVAS e iba a mucha velocidad. Siento que es algo que deben hablar con sus conductores antes de que ocurra un grave accidente.

Excelente servicio 10/10.
Estábamos en un hotel en el área del Poblado por lo que nos recogieron y dejaron en nuestro hotel. Fue un tour del día completo iniciado desde las 7am con la recogida y regresamos aprox. a las 7pm.
Visitamos distintos sitios, primero una parada a desayunar en un pueblo a una hora de la ciudad y luego visitamos lugares turísticos para fotos (como tres paradas antes de llegar al embalse), luego en el embalse nos subimos en un barco por 40 minutos. Nos llevaron a la piera del Peñol, donde voluntariamente te puedes subir a la piedra (con costo adicional $20,000COP aprox 5USD por persona). En este sitio almorzamos y luego de acá nos llevaron a otro pueblo donde vimos de la cultura y nos tomamos mas fotos.
Nos tocó el guía Santiago Leon, y fue excelente, buen dominio de toda la historia, muy responsable y pendiente a todos lo que e en estabamos tour.
Fue muy económico, pagamos por persona $110,000 COP aprox. 25USD, un precio excelente para todo lo que incluye.

Buenas noches; fue un placer servirles y nos encanta saber que fue de todo su agrado el recorrido, los esperamos de nuevo porque les recuerdo el eslogan de Medellín y es "A Medellín no se viene a Medellín se regresa" Estamos atentos a sus requerimientos de viaje.

We were not happy with the experience. An English speaking guide was confirmed, yet when the tour guide arrived, she spoke no English and made no attempt to do so. She also arrived yelling at us, giving us a hard time for not being ready a few minutes early when she arrived.
Once on the tour, we were given no sense as to what was happening — we had to ask repeatedly and were met with an attitude simply by needing some information in English. Toward the end of the tour, we finally got the guide to google translate a few directions.
Lastly, when it came time to departing the bus back at end of tour, the bus went right past our hotel. We had to ask them to pull over, had we not done so, who knows where the bus would have dropped us.
Once on the tour, we were given no sense as to what was happening — we had to ask repeatedly and were met with an attitude simply by needing some information in English. Toward the end of the tour, we finally got the guide to google translate a few directions.
Lastly, when it came time to departing the bus back at end of tour, the bus went right past our hotel. We had to ask them to pull over, had we not done so, who knows where the bus would have dropped us.

Great Guide very knowledgeable and patient. Spent good time at all the sights and the meals provided were delicious and well made. The Boat tour provided the final elegant touch to the day.

The tour was nice, beautiful views from the El Penon. Guatape was colourful, beautiful, artsy.
However, there was a misunderstanding with the pick up time which was not nicely handled.
We booked our tour at 8am, however, the driver arrived at our hotel at 7am and was not happy we are not ready. The tour guide Maya texted us that she cannot wait for us around 7.15 am. The driver took us to the main meeting point and the tour bus ( with us) left at 7.30am.
I asked our tour guide Maya why our tour left a half an hour earlier and why we were treated like we were late, however she never gave us any explanation or apologies.
This situation ruined our morning and we still do not know what happened that morning. I suspect they combined the 7am group and the 8am group together in the same bus, however, failed to inform us about the earlier pick up time.

The tour was amazing. They were running late to pick us up & kept in contact the entire time. Veronica our tour guide was exceptional.

Le minibus est arrivé à l’heure à notre hôtel. La guide nous attendait dans le lobby.
Nous avons pu passer assez de temps à chacun des arrêts, prendre des photos, faire un peu de shopping, mange et profiter de la vue.
Entre chaque destination, notre guide Estefania nous donnait toutes les explications et l’historique.
Les paysages étaient spectaculaires !!
Cette excursion est vraiment un super bon rapport qualité-prix et je la recommande à toutes les personnes qui veulent faire une excursion d’une journée dans la région de Guatapé.
Nous avons pu passer assez de temps à chacun des arrêts, prendre des photos, faire un peu de shopping, mange et profiter de la vue.
Entre chaque destination, notre guide Estefania nous donnait toutes les explications et l’historique.
Les paysages étaient spectaculaires !!
Cette excursion est vraiment un super bon rapport qualité-prix et je la recommande à toutes les personnes qui veulent faire une excursion d’une journée dans la région de Guatapé.

El tour estuvo bien en general desayuno y almuerzo. Patricia te explica todo muy bien. Y conoces gente nueva al ser en grupo. Muy recomendable.
