I sent a message 20 minutes before the start of the tour to ask how to recognize the guide, since they didn't send any explanation. They didn't answer for 15 minutes, then I asked the guide from another agency to call them. They told him that they would contact me. However, they only sent me a "hi" 10 minutes before the start of the tour. I told them that they are unprofessional and that I would give them a bad rating. They replied that I am rude and that they didn't want to work with me. So they took the money, didn't send an explanation, didn't show up. I had a tour with another guide who saw live my attitude and me as a very kind and normal person. This agency needs to learn to respect clients, you can't work with strangers and act so casually. In the end, they didn't refund my money.

The person does not expect a prudent response time, not even 5 minutes had passed since he wrote the message and he was already making calls and saying that he thought that if we were false or because we did not answer him, he began to have a very rude attitude and I asked him for a moment to contact the guide and ask him where he is and he begins to send messages that he is going to ask for his money back, to which he is answered that if he wishes he can do it without any problem.
Actually the guides are also people who deserve respect and I did not think to send someone from my team with a person with such a rude attitude as the one she took.
The money was returned to her because we are a serious and honest agency, so I don't understand why she says that we didn't give her a refund.

Our tour guide (Daniel) was informative, fun and just an overall great guy. We had a small group (3) & were able to move quick so he showed us some off the beaten path places I would never had just wandered into...very educational and thought-provoking (plus we randomly saw J.Blavin YES! That guy!) it was a fantastic day, great tour, perfect weather! Highly recommended.

We had such a meaningful trip to Commune 13. Our tour guide spoke perfect English and lead us through a fascinating and fun tour of the art, culture and history of Commune 13. Highly recommend this experience.

Definitivamente si visitas a Medellín. Tienes que reservar con Touriarte, el servicio que da Yenifer es EXCELENTE. Te cuenta toda la historia de la comuna trece con lujo de detalle, el arte, cómo está Comuna ha dado un cambio increíble y se ha reinventado. Va con calma y sin prisa, te explica cualquier duda y hasta de fotógrafa, porque Yenifer quiere que te lleves unas hermosas fotos y recuerdos de tu visita por toda la Comuna 13. De verdad que es una experiencia increíble y que te dan ganas de volver. Yo he tenido la oportunidad de ir dos veces a Medellín y las dos veces visite la Comuna con Yenifer como guía, Cada visita es algo diferente porque los artes pueden cambiar. No se van arrepentir.
Se vale repetir.!

inicialmente fui por una tarea que mi hija debía realizar referente un graffiti y vimos como la oportunidad y conocer, pero en realidad fue una completa experiencia dado que es una completa maravilla, lo que construido, tanto para visitantes como para la comunidad residente es un crecimiento de ciudad de mucha creatividad, la experiencia fue espectacular, desconocía por completo, era más el temor de ir a este sector que toda la experiencia vivida y la explicación de graffiti por graffiti, la historia de cada uno, él porque dice graffiti, la gente que está en su deseo de crecer, de salir adelante, muy maravilloso, igualmente el paisaje tan hermoso, la tranquilidad, el ver tanto extranjero muy bueno y la explicación maravillosa de toda esta cultura, muy bueno y perfectamente estaría con el gusto de volver con familiares y demás, gracias y felicitaciones por tan maravilloso experiencia.
