This was my second time using this company and it's always easy. My driver was super friendly and commutative and I did enjoy our conversation for the entire 20 mins drive

The car was on time and the driver was friendly and informative. The driver spoke fluent Spanish so we had no problems communicating. He loaded our bags and took straight to our airbnb. We also used the same driver when we left. I will definitely use them again when I return to Medellin.

The driver was late and the operator is not very honest. The driver was so late that I got another service to take me to the airport. Thankfully I made it on time to my international flight.

We booked the day before and the driver arrived promptly at the appointed time at our Airbnb. The drive was smooth and we arrived at the airport in plenty of time. It was a stress less experience.

Our driver Luis was very kind. Safe driver. Unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish well and he didn’t speak English so communication was a bit challenging but I think we were able to communicate what was necessary. My only disappointment was communication about the pick up prior to meeting Luis. Communication was solely through the TripAdvisor app. Internet connection was not the best so it was a little frustrating trying to figure who to meet and where to meet bc I kept having to refresh the app looking for new messages. But ultimately it worked out ok.

The communication for this company is horrible. Maybe if they have a month in advance to communicate they would be better. I booked through Viator the day before the needed transfer and it was confirmed. When I reached out through the Viator communication hub, aroud 10am, they did not respond. I waited until later in the afternoon to try the Whatsapp that was listed - I know some times it's easier to communicate that way. I still didn't receive a response. Finally at 6pm I reached out to Viator customer service to try to cancel or see if they could reach them for some sort of confirmation. They reached out to them and said they would contact me around 6:20pm and while I was still in contact with Viator customer service 40 minutes later I still had not received anythng. They reached back out to them and then they finally messaged saying they couldn't provide the service. So I waited all day to hear from them to say they couldn't do it and by the time they said that I could not get another transfer since it was so late.

My driver was great! Five stars 🤩. I think the communication could be better between the person arriving at the airport and with the agency. It would be best if the traveler had the number directly to the driver versus the agency being middle communicator. Outside of that, the driver was five stars great.

I think they are hit or miss. They contacted me before I departed but no contact when I arrived. Ended up having my Airbnb arrange a taxi to pick me up. Maybe they were ready for me but I also didn’t try to contact them since my friend arrived the night before and they didn’t get back to her.
