Great trip with john. It's a long day, leaving early and coming back late, but it's worth it to go up and see the volcanic landscape.

Rocio (nuestra guia) es una persona animada, comprensible, paciente con el grupo y muy atenta. La experiencia fue excelente por la dirección que recibimos y la vista del nevado es algo imperdible.

We had the most amazing experience. Our guide and driver were phenomenal at communicating with us. Although I'm fluent in both Spanish and English, my husband knows very limited Spanish. Our guide, Jennifer and our driver, Carlos were so wonderful. Both spoke English very well and we toggled between English and Spanish all day. However if you only know English, that's ok.
Both stops were incredible. The food was amazing. The elevation was much higher than I expected (ignorance on my part). But we took our time going up and walked very slowly to keep from getting dizzy. This is not the place for someone with limited mobility.

While the weather didn't cooperate for my trip to Nevado del Ruiz (it was foggy and rained), it was still absolutely stunning. My English speaking guide Valentina was outstanding, stepping in to translate for me when my limited Spanish wasn't enough. I couldn't have asked for a better guide (muchas gracias, Valentina!!). And a shout out to Jhon our driver! Ending the day at Termales del Otoño was the icing on the cake and JUST the R & R I needed. Thank you to everyone from Cattelya. You guys were fantastic!!

yo estuve el mes de diciembre del año 2021 fue una experiencia unica, sin duda la repito, el ambiente natural y la experiencia 100% personal junto a los mejores guias, vehiculos completamente equipados.

Our visit to el Nevado del Ruiz was amazing. Aside from the uniquely breathtaking beauty of the park, the tour company we were paired with really did an excellent job in providing an unforgettable experience. The staff were quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our visit and when the day came to go on the tour, our driver, Jhon, was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and professional as was the park guide, Angelica who was a wealth of knowledge! We enjoyed incredible scenery, informative conversation, friendly staff and delicious food. We (my wife and I) fully recommend this tour.

Que lindo fue todo el viaje, cumplio con mis expectativas, el camino es hermoso, se ven algunas cascadas durante el viaje, el volcan se ve de una manera hermosa y los termales definitivamente mi parte favorita de este hermoso viaje, sera de mis recuerdos mas preciados.

Lo recomiendo mucho se cumple con todo lo que dice en la caminata hay una cascada muy bonita la avalancha de armero muy bueno.luego al río natural termal fue muy espectacular se lo recomiendo

La experiencia superó ampliamente mis expectativas. Jhon (El guía fue excelente), conocía a fondo los lugares y su historia, muy profesional en todo momento.

Quisiera saber si el nevado sigue en alerta amarilla y si esta aventura llega cerca o a borde de nieve, que tan seguro y/o peligroso sería, y lo otro es saber cómo sería el intinerario junto con los termales. Viajamos este fin de semana y quisiéramos disfrutar la experiencia!
