I am not part of the company but I would imagine they would happily arrange this for you but would probably charge you a return trip anyway to cover their costs for empty seats back. There should be a way of contacting them direct they were very helpful

I don't know I doubt it but had no problems at all booking from UK. Maybe contact them. However they did not take payment til 3 days before the trip so that might be the issue
