Sonia was a delightful person and an excellent cook. We learnt so much about Indian style cooking and loved the taste and experience. It was an honor to be a guest at her home and participate in the cooking session. A most memorable day indeed.

We had an excellent experience at Sonia’s home, meeting her and her children and her husband Harishkumar. Sonia walked us through some of the basics of Indian cooking, taught us about Jain food and shared with us various spices and techniques.

I went to the home of a lovely couple in Bangalore for a cooking experience. It was an incredible day. Magesh and his wife were so courteous, patient and kind. She taught us all the steps involved in making those crispy dosas. The sauces to go along were so much fun to make. We used coconuts, lentils and many different spices. All in a all an incredible half day spent with lovely people in Bangalore.

Magesh and his family invited me into their home and shared some awesome home cooking along with some tips and trick that I hope to be able to re-create back home. They where very accommodating to my dietary needs. They shared how they make various spice combinations and then used them to make a great lunch.
5 Senses arranged for me to be picked up and dropped off at the home visit location and that was very helpful.
