It was a true pleasure to stay at Adams wood house. The place boosted of positiv energy. The room we got was fab due to its large windows with greenery in front. Firoz was a super host. Always with a smile, good tips and above all, full of Ayurveda wisdom.

The Ayurvedic treatment was very relaxing and rejuvenating, it was good experience and the host provides all the facilities with affordable price. Must try.

It was a good experience with them. My masseuse kumari was experienced and well informed. She has about 30 years exp. My partners experience too was good. We both enjoyed the massage. The host is polite and accomodating and well established in the area.
Only thing is we found the place could be upgraded a bit. Especially the room for the women's massage. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.

Abhyanga massage with herbal oils and Shirodhara were my intro to Ayurveda in Fort Kochi , Kerala. .

If you want a spa environment and ambience this is not for you . If you need professional Ayurvedic Doctor and treatments this is not the place .
Massage in the skilled hands of Firoz is respectful of the tradition of Ayurveda . Firoz gave attention with skilled and competent touch to the details and specifics of the body to help me individually . The access of treatment rooms needs to be checked out to be safe for your own mobility issues. A small mouse disappeared as we entered the wooden hut and this or the showering facility may not be comfortable for some .
Firoz is very open and clear about his learning and experience and commitment in yoga and health using massage for the body. Asking questions is welcomed.

ours is an authentic ayurvedic centre concentrating on giving traditional treatments and panchakarma in a traditional environment in a tradtional way
we believe in giving our treatments in a natural atmosphere to get more benefit from our herbal treatments passed from our family tradition. and thats why we do it in an ecofriendly hut made of coconut leaves ( not in airconditioned rooms )
if we giv it in aircon rooms it will be just to make our customers sleep

firoz was able to give me a regular swedish massage and even worked deeper with elbows. he’s really skilled in many types of massages. and he makes the ayurveda oils himself which smell amazing. he has an awesome house which has high up rooftop where he does the massage so it’s a nice view and away from the noise of the street plus a nice cool breeze. if you are staying in fort kochi he is right there so it’s perfectly convenient. it was a perfect relaxing end to a long day!

This was my first experience with introduction to Ayurvedic healing, and I couldn't get it right any better. From briefing the process and making me comfortable through the Divine process, everything was done right by the host Mr. Firoz.
Day 1 - Hot oil massage prepares your body with loads of energy.
Day 2 - Chavittu thirumal will make you feel alive! Especially when it is done in the perfect setting, you'll feel satisfied when you walk out the door!

This is the best Ayurveda massage place in Kochi. Very professional in their approach. They use hot Ayurveda oil which is very unique. Massage was very relaxing.
