The amazing experience curated by ImmerseGo is a first of its kind including performing arts, craft, architecture and textiles patronised by the Marathas/the Peshwas and others.
I have studied and worked in Pune but never had the opportunity to explore the aspect of Pune it was historically known for. The tour not only had some of the best ethnographers, historians and experts in their respect fields but also had come together for the first time to provide such an immersive curated experience in Pune, which has largely become an IT or education hub and has lost its old world charm.
ImmerseGo is doing a great job in reviving the culture of Pune as it should be known.
The Lavani dance experience and workshop were not only riveting but also discussions with the artists were eye opening and fascinating to understand life beyond our city bubble especially visiting the Lavani clusters. It was indeed fun to learn Lavani with fellow explorers.
The tour involved food tour as well and had a tonne of DIY options to explore the hidden yet cooler parts of Pune for all who wanted more at their own pace.
If your looking for an experience in the new year, which is not your usual boring touristy thing but a more immersive cultural experience, then opt for ImmerseGo's culture immersion experience in Pune. You will love it. Also, get your walking shoes to explore the old town of Pune and the other places with the experts.
