Durga’s cooking class was fantastic. She asked us what dishes we would like to learn to cook - altogether we made 10 dishes! First we made delicious Pakoras with coriander chutney, paired with Durga’s masala chai recipe (soooo good), then we made potatoes and onion (aloo pyaaj), dal fry, jheera rice, chapatis, aubergine and tomato curry, and a mixed veg curry. We learned so much - Durga is really great at explaining everything and telling us variations to do at home. She is also very funny and the whole day was very enjoyable! And the food was DELICIOUS.

Durgan did such a great job explaining basically all of North India’s dishes. We cooked a huge variety of dishes that all ended up so tasty! The whole family is very nice and Durga was so pleasant and patient with us. Highly recommended!

Very good cooking class. Durga is very engaging and a great communicator. She designed the class around what we wanted to cook and to know. She was relaxed and confident - I learned a lot.

It was such an amazing experience cooking with Durga! We had a great time, she explained a lot and we were able to customize the food based on our own preference. I can highly recommend the tour!

Amazing cooking class from Durga in Udaipur. We were in Udaipur for a few days so decided to take a cooking class and so glad we chose Durga! We made pakora and chai from scratch along with curry, dal fry, biriyani and fresh chapatti and paratha. Durga and all of her family were so warm and welcoming and we received so many tips and tricks for cooking Indian food that will stay with us forever. Definitely a trip highlight and hope to visit again some time in the future!

Excelente clase de cocina India. Aprendimos a preparar nueve recetas diferentes de comida India, Durga nos explicó el paso a paso de cada plato, nos dio tips, opciones. Muy completa la clase, divertida. Además estamos encantadas de haber podido compartir con Durga y familia. Muchas gracias!

La lezione di cucina indiana di Durga è stata fantastica! Durga è estremamente gentile, preparata e molto chiara nelle spiegazioni. Davvero un'esperienza eccezionale!

Io amo cucinare e imparare nuove ricette..allogiavo da durga e sua famiglia e ho visto che lei fa il corso della cucina indiana🤩gia dalla stanza pulita ho immaginato che anche la cucina sara bella pulita ed era cosi..durga e vera padrona della casa e anche della sua cucina..e bravissima a spiegare le ricette e procedimenti,ho imparato la base della cucina indiana e con la base si possono creare tante ricette buone..alla fine abbiamo gustato il cibo cucinato ,posso dire che era uno dei migliori che ho mangiato in india..lo consinglio..

Super cours de cuisine Indienne.
Nous avons appris à faire plein de spécialités en 3heures :
- Chai Massala tea
- Vegetable pakola
- chapatis (with butter and garlic ones)
- aloo shimla
- Dahl fry
- Paneer butter Massala
Durga est vraiment très gentille et explique parfaitement.
On a appris, rigolé et on s'est régalé.
