Star Bali and our driver wayan were so amazing and accommodating! Super responsive and wrote every detail. Wayan, our driver was so nice and knowledgable. He was soooo friendly and a great driver! The tour was awesome and stops were perfect. All encompassing overview of Bali. They added extra stops per our request! And, we were engaged during the tour!!! Wayan communicated with my fiancé and it went off without a hitch! So incredible.
We also used the service for airport transfers which was perfect. I would recommend star Bali wholeheartedly! Thank you thank you!

Our driver was Wayan Parta and he was so good: excellent driver, accommodating, calm, full of information. We had a hiccup at the start due to a hotel problem, and he found a way to shift things around over the two days so that we still saw everything we wanted to see. Comfortable car, excellent air conditioning! The food at the volcano restaurant was fine with a great view but the food near the three lakes/garden was very poor indeed. Communication with the owner was fast and comprehensive. Very glad we booked here.

Day one... got picked up on time by the driver at my hotel in Ubud at 8am. Vehicle was clean and the driver Nova was friendly. We left to start the tour. First location at the Temple was still closed upon our arrival. We did eventually hit the locations in the morning. Driver finally stopped for lunch at around 2pm. We headed to the monkey forest and we were done there by 4pm. The driver asked if we wanted dinner and we said we did since it was included. He acted as if this was a surprise and made us believe this tour ended at 6pm which by the itinerary it indicates 13 hours the first day. Then on the second day we agreed to get picked up at 9:30am at our hotel again in Ubud. After a long day of traveling and seeing the sights we finally arrived at Tanah lot at 4pm. We again were told to meet the driver at the exit gate at 6pm to allow enough time to have dinner nearby and be back at our hotel by 7:30pm. The sunset did not go down until 6:30-6:45pm which we missed and we were back at our hotel by 8pm. Which by my calculation is only 10 hours and not the 12 hours as stated on their website. I don’t know if the driver was in a rush and wanted to get home or by having us skip dinner on the first night he made some extra money off of us. Unfortunately, we did not have WiFi to log on and see the exact itinerary. Future travelers be aware and take pics of the itinerary if you use this travel company. Buyer beware!

First we thank you for your review and your experience with us. Frankly we say that what do our driver to you on the First Day of your tours is not very good, because the program includes dinner. But our driver has also made an option to have dinner with you in the Ubud area near your hotel, but you did not take it. And usually if you don't take dinner, your money will definitely be returned, but forgive us because our driver is still very young and inexperienced because he didn't tell our office about it, maybe our driver forgot to ask this to our office.
On the Second Day of your tour, our driver has escorted you into the temple in Tanah Lot, and after a while our driver is waiting for you in front of the temple and ask you when you already see Sunset, please find me and we will do Dinner after you see Sunset. But before sunset you meet our driver and do dinner. And what is happening there might be wrong communication between you and our driver.
After this, we conduct an evaluation in our office and will make a temporary stop to our driver, until a day that we cannot determine.
We say Thank you very much to you for your experience with us, because your experience will improve our human resources to work with professionals and have a high dedication to all our customers latter.
Once again we all staff and Management of the StarBaliTour Team apologize for your inconvenience, and we will continue to improve our next performance so that we are better in the next future. Have a nice day.

This tour deal was good and the driver was accommodating. We would not have seen so much of Bali on our own.
The Food included on the deal was Very Poor. The buffet lunches were very poor quality.( stodgy battered food ), the seafood tea was inedible, the prawns were too dry to eat, the fish full of bones and the squid very tough. Very disappointing as the venue was excellent.
This tour could be excellent with different cruisine.

Our 2 day tour was delightful! Our driver Sudama was exceptional, ensuring we enjoyed Bali’s best. He was kind, knowledgeable and thoughtfully customized our experience to suit our needs. Probably the best guided tour we ever had, our driver\guide Wayun Parta was very nice, knoledgeable, professional and honest and safe on the road. We got to see everything that s in the itinerary plus a little time for shopping but we where not presured to buy anything. It was a wonderful experience and and I can recommend Wayan Parta for any of your future tour in Bali!

Overall, we had an amazing 2 days. Our tour was conducted by the tour guide/driver named Krishna, who was very knowledgeable, spoke decent English and was super friendly. What I also liked about Krishna was that he was very polite and flexible. If there was a certain part that we were really interested (outside of our itinerary) or wanted to stay longer at, no issues at all. Also, I'm not sure what all the other people meant when they complained about the food, as we really enjoyed it (along with amazing views from the restaurants). Initially, we thought that the experience may be a bit too pricy BUT it's definitely worth it. To conclude, definitely do it!

Wir haben im Juni 2019 diese "Best of Bali" 2 Tages Tour gebucht und waren mehr als begeistert von der Vielzahl an exotischen Tempeln und außergewöhnlichen Landschaftskulissen. Die Reise erfolgte privat (nur 2 Personen) in einem neuen, klimatisieren SUV. Mit Herrn Sudama hatten wir einen sehr zuvorkommenden und herzlichen einheimischen Fahrer der uns in der Früh direkt beim Hotel abholte und uns am Abend wieder dort absetzte. Herr Sudama brachte uns nicht nur rasch und sicher von einer Attraktion zur nächsten, sondern hatte auch interessante Fakten und historische Infos zu allen Ausflugszielen und die balinesische Kultur parat (in Englisch). Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Aussicht beim Mittagessen mit Blick auf die Vulkanlandschaft und beim Abendessen in Jimbaran, wo wir in der ersten Reihe mit Blick auf Strand und Meer gesessen sind. Wir können diese Tour und Herrn Sudama als Tour-Guide wirklich nur empfehlen :)

Enjoyed a wonderful tour in Bali. I visited nice places and it was really interesting.
Sudama, the guide was really friendly and a careful driver. He took care of me and he even was open for my extra requests.
