Yan was recommended by friends and I now know why. He picked us up on a late arrival, and close to 11 p.m. he still assisted in stopping for me to get a data sim card for my phone.
We arranged three tours in advance with Yan, he was always on time, drove safely and was very knowledgeable and informative everywhere we went.
He was good company and well spoken in English which is not the local language.
When we were dropped off at the airport for our departure it felt like I was saying goodbye to an old friend, my wife and I got on very well with him and will most definitely use his services if I have the opportunity to visit again.

Yan and Sai Bali Tours were well organized, kind, knowledgeable and provided my friends and I safe transport to all the destinations we coordinated during our visit to Bali. The hidden waterfall was magical, the water was so refreshing and Yan led our group down the stairs and through the river to the falls. He didn’t rush us to hurry up so we had a more organic experience. The water temple was also truly lovely Yan purchased the offering for those in our group participating in the purification ritual. He also purchased the food so our group could feed the Koi. He is a top notch tour operator we felt well-cared for from the start of our week long visit to the end. I have also referred friends who are visiting Bali this week so they can experience the superior service of Yan and Sai Bali Tours Don’t hesitate to book him for your tours!!!

We had the privilege of having Yan as our guide and driver for our trip to Bali this week. He's passionate about his beautiful country with its wonderful culture. He was open to hear of our places we wished to visit but also made great recommendations too. Our day trips were thoroughly enjoyable. He was timely and always kept in contact for each of our excursions. He also did our pick up and drop off airport run. He's friendly , he's very knowledgeable about every area and a super safe driver too. Nothing was too much effort at all.
Our trips included Ubud- jewellery factory, Rice terraces, monkey forest.
Uluwatu- all the famous beaches ,Palmilla beach club, lunch out
coffee and tea tasting - Took us for a drive through Nusa dua too.
Arranged with co workers for a trip to the Beautiful island of Nusa Penida too.
Nothing was too much effort.
He can arrange it for you or it can be custom.
What a pleasure to travel with Yan - thank you again 🙏

We had a wonderful day.
Guna was our guide, he picked us up from our hotel and from the first contact we could feel his kindness. He picked us up in his car, explained the day and put us at ease.
We were able to discover several facets of Bali in one day: nature, culture, tastings, beautiful pools, waterfalls ..
We are extremely pleased with the day we spent
And can only recommend Guna who was for us a driver, a guide, a photographer, a very warm person who knew how to be present for our requests but also fade away to let us enjoy our moments in love.

Fabulous day trip.
The scenery & views are amazing.
Lunch was a hidden gem, felt like you were in a treehouse in the jungle & the food was fantastic.
The day was made better by Budiana the driver.
He was the best driver I’ve had in Bali, so attentive and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble

If you’re planning a trip to Bali, I can’t recommend Yan with Sai Bali Tours enough! From the moment our adventure began, Yan made everything seamless, fun, and truly special. He wasn’t just our tour guide but also provided transportation for most of the week, ensuring every moment ran smoothly. Yan and his drivers were always polite, punctual, and, most importantly, made us feel safe throughout the journey. They did their best to keep us on schedule and offered helpful suggestions to make the most of our time.
Our adventure started with a visit to breathtaking hidden waterfalls, setting the tone for the rest of the trip. Another highlight was the stunning Cretya Ubud Infinity Pool, where the lush rice terraces took my breath away. The opportunity to swing, zip line, and cycle in the clouds provided the perfect mix of excitement and dreamlike moments.
We continued our journey with a stop at a mystical water temple, where Yan’s stories added depth to the experience and deepened our appreciation for Bali’s history. Lunch at a local restaurant with spectacular views was another treat—delicious food and an atmosphere that felt magical.

Best tour so far in Ubud, Bali. Our tour guide, Komang, was outstanding in every way. He was punctual picking us up and guided us to our seats and explained Cretya Day Club to us and it has to offer. He also set us up with our storage cubicle where we kept a change of clothes and where to shower. We also went a water temple and a delicious Balinese lunch with everything included. Finally we went to Manuaba water falls that actually consisted two different ones. Komang took all the pictures and videos we wanted. We had the most amazing day. 🙏
