Our family had an absolute blast at Waterbom Park! It was the perfect day out for us, with thrilling slides and relaxing lazy rivers. The kids, aged 10 and 14, couldn't get enough of the excitement, while my partner and I enjoyed the serene tropical surroundings and going down the occasional slide. The park's cleanliness and safety measures impressed us. A truly memorable experience that left us with smiles all around!

Brilliant day, best time (sep) to go with hardly any wait times for the slides. So much fun!
Only drawback is you run around in bare feet but the ground is not really suitable. It is either extremely hot or covered in little stones.

We have been lucky enough to go to waterparks around the world (including Disney) and Waterbom might be the best of them all. Can't recommend this place enough! There is something for everyone here - young and old, low to high thrill threshold, active to relaxing. We loved so many things about Waterbom - its beautiful landscaping and original old trees, the incredibly friendly and professional staff, the cleanliness of the park, delicious food and outstanding cocktails, even one of the best coffees I had in Bali! But of course you come for the waterslides and they are just the best. So many to choose from for all levels of thrill seekers and most importantly you feel SAFE. We have older teenage boys (who had the time of their life) but were also so impressed by the massive area and pools/slides for little kids. We also rented an entry level gazebo which was worth every cent. So nice to have a comfy base in the shade where you can lock up your valuables. Book one ahead if you can - we still managed to nab one on the day but got to the park pretty much at opening. Our only suggestions for improvement would be - place names for the entry points of the lazy river, permanent maps in the gazebos, thrill ratings for the rides on the maps around the park, and much more shade in the new lagoon area (although this will probably come as the landscaping grows).

Organised through Waterbom to have my birthday there in a gazebo , with a donut cake and some Binnytangs.
Im glad we got the gazebo , just handy for your gear , relax , eat, drink and a meeting base for everyone. The day we went was belting down with rain in the morning, but slowly cleared up . We thought it was great as would have put a few people off going coming. So lines for slides were scarce . The new part is fantastic, spewing my 4 year old was too short . 122cm tall and you can pretty much go on anything. They need just a couple more slides for toddlers. As the small kids ones at their little section is more for 2-3 year olds . Need to accommodate 4-6 yr olds . Ablutions are magically clean , well done on that . Definitely enjoyed my little birthday and kids loved the donuts cake. Fruit platter was a bit expensive for what we received . Rest of the food was delish.
Thoroughly enjoyed the caramel popcorn.

On the last day of a family week in Bali (with two teenage boys) we went here for the day, as our boys love waterslides. If I am honest, I was a little apprehensive about how my wife and I would find the day - but I should not have worried. The experience was superb. The waterslides themselves kept our boys very happy for much of the day.
We had hired a cabana, which was a vital part of my wife and I enjoying the day as well. All of us relaxed and had fun in the ways which suited us! The pools are very pleasant, as is the lazy river. There is a wide choice of refreshments available; the contactless payment system is very easy to manage; the changing rooms, toilets, etc are very clean throughout the day; the queues were not bad for the slides. All in all, the day was a delight, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Hi, you should be fine with any rides, particularly the ones with rafts or tubes. Staff are always in hand at the bottom of slides to assist you out of the pools, which are about 4 feet deep. You’ll love it 😊

Yes you can book a gazebo online. It’s a separate option after booking your day pass/ticket - sits below on the ticket option menu. Alternatively, one you have your confirmation, you can go back in and book one. If all else fails, call ahead of time or turn up first thing on the day and organise one at the special kiosk. I recommend getting a gazebo as towels and a locker are included.
