Thank you for sharing your opinion about our driver Mr Yogi On behalf of Bali Yowana Team including yogi we would like to apologize for the inconvinience caused From our side we we would like to explain that your original plan with yogi was tanah lot, canggu,padang - padang and Uluwatu. During the trip you accidently changed the plan several time and this might be caused your complain because yogi is trying to manage your trip efficiently For example while you in Berawa you accidently want to go to la Brisa beach club , so instead of driving which will takes more than 1,5 hours due the traffict jam he suggest you to walk along the beach which will take you around 15 minutes walk Regarding walk from laguna to tanjung benoa beach, Mr yogi is correct only need 5 minutes . For your information tanjung benoa beach is long beach from north side of laguna to the south of the island . If you walk to the edge yes take 20 minutes, if only to the beach max 5 minutes For the pick up at canggu after lunch i think this is more about misscomunication only because mr yogi pick you up at la brisa beach club and you actually eat at the Koi and forgot to told him. So once he received your whatsapp he still need to drive to your place Nusa Dua beach which yogi recommend to you is the closet beach he can suggest because of the timing . It was at 4 pm and normally during that time the beach having low tide so its normal you see many coŕrals. Please apologize on this The same also with watersport ,because at the beginning you didnt mention about watersport, and at 4.30 pm only few watersport companies that open. Mr yogi just show you the companies that open and its up to you if you want to have some water activities or not Because some of this unplanned schedule mr yogi have to rearrange everything for you and he did the best he could.
