Views were amazing just be careful of the monkeys they steal your glasses and phones. The staff at the Holiday Inn Sanur in Bali Thank you for our daughter suprize birthday also.

It was my first time in Bali and Henni planned and arranged all my car transfers with tours. Two of which is with one of her team member (Adi) and one with Henni herself. Fun road trips! They know the best spots to visit in Bali and take good social media pictures and videos too. Henni is accommodating and a wonderful sister!

I really want to recommend to you Henni Balitours and her team!
Henni was an incredible guide, extremely fun, very professional and highly motivated. She is also very flexible (appreciate this!) and for that she deserves a special thanks. We had several great days with her, which obviously also added up to our Bali experience. Henni has such a warm personality, we had many good laughs together and we truly enjoyed making the trips with her. She recommended some better spots and warned about places where we might waste time and protected us from people who might want to take advantage of tourists. She was always on time, which is very important to me. Now I think about her more as a friend than just a tour guide ♥️ The atmosphere was so special that it really felt like home to us. All respect for Henni who does a great job there; a true sample of excellent tour guide! Many thanks, love and kissy again from me & Tomek 😘 I recommend Henni Balitour to everyone!

Some friends recommend Henni and we’re so glad they did! She created the perfect 3 days for us! We met 2 other members of her team and Henni herself. All three of them were warm, helpful, accommodating and fun to be around. She gave us advise and tips that were invaluable and continued to be on hand even after we said goodbye. If you come to Bali… book with Henni! ❤️

Just brilliant!
We spent 5 days in total with Henni and her team during our first trip to Bali. I only wish I had met her sooner, her guidance was invaluable in planning our itinerary and was so helpful, especially for a first timer.
Days out were made so easy, and Henni was really accommodating with any changes made-even making a special trip to buy souvenirs one day on the way back to our hotel.
Her team are also great, they really worked hard to ensure they meet the high standards Henni sets for her client experience. We travelled as a family (with two teenagers) and we all really enjoyed our time with our guides, it felt like having friends in Bali.
I can't recommend highly enough, do yourself a favour and book with her!

Henni and her team created the best possible plan and made exploring Bali from the cultural roots too the Canggu nightlife easy. I wish there was a Henni for every location I want to travel too around the world because I would without hesitation use her everytime!

Henni and her team are fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble, and they tailored our experience to our needs perfectly! Henni is not just a tour guide, but a genuine kind human being who can really connect with others. She’s also a great photographer/especially for Instagram moments! we will definitely be back to share another holiday with Henni.

Hello,
Not normally one to write or give reviews often but for Henni and her team we are happy to make an exception.
If you are looking for another driver or someone to help you with your planning, Henni is the person you are looking for!
Henni came to pick us up upon arrival in Denpasar and immediately it was a very warm welcome, she even brought a cookie for our little ones, so sweet!
Immediately we felt very comfortable with Henni, what a pleasant and sweet woman!
Henni took us to our hotel and the next morning she came to pick us up with fresh fruit for the whole family! Henni took such good care of us!
Always perfectly on time and very helpful! Nothing was too much!
It felt like a friend took us through beautiful Bali.
Also our son had a fantastic connection with Henni, when we had to say goodbye after a few days there was a huge cry from Henni and our son.
Then 1 of Henni's people, Gede, took over from Henni.
He brought us safe and sound to Lovina despite the heavy rain.
Also about Gede nothing but praise! A warm, sweet man to whom you could not ask too much for anything.
Because of the heavy rainfall, the boats to Gili Air could not sail. Henni immediately gave us options and also immediately gave us a refund for the boat trip we didn't make, very correct and honest! We went to Sanur instead where we had a great time! Our boat trip to Nusa Penida and day trips there were perfectly arranged! Back in Sanur, Gede came to pick us up and took us to our accommodation in Uluwatu where we are still now. Henni is so sweet that she paid us another visit with gifts in Sanur and Uluwatu! ❤️
Thank you for everything Henni! We will miss you!

Hello, here’s what she had sent me, and I thought it was very reasonable.
Charge for Bali area is:
** 60usd (800k IDR) for 10hrs
** 75usd (1000k IDR) for 10hrs (kintamani or lempuyang gate of heaven/east bali)
** additional charge is 100K IDR per hour if it's more than 10hrs
That's for fuel, parking fee, car, driver.
