Do not reccomended this company, they will not look after you if something goes wrong, no boats to get to dive sites , so you spend most of tour dive time getting to and from the dive sites. All shore dives which limited your experience. They only care about your money. Manager is an a hole

It was a very dangerous diving experience. I booked via KLOOK. All the equipment was extremely old and showed no signs of maintenance. The BCD was damaged, and the regulator hose was broken, preventing airflow. This led to me nearly drowning during the dive. Fortunately, at about 10 meters deep, I realized I couldn’t breathe and immediately swam desperately to the surface to save my life. I believe that if I had realized this in deeper water, I would have already drowned.
Upon returning to the center, I informed the local staff about the equipment issues. A senior staff member from France said it was a common occurrence and that it could just be patched up. He completely dismissed it as a problem, which is extremely irresponsible. Such comments show a complete disregard for safety.
I hope to inform those considering signing up to think carefully, especially those with insufficient experience. I believe the center's facilities do not adequately ensure the safety of guests. I don’t want anyone else to experience a situation like mine. Life is at stake, and although I rarely write comments, I felt it necessary to share the truth with everyone.

We had Eki as a dive guide at Tulamben (5 dives). He was very knowledgeable, patient and made sure the group had a great experience. Highly recommended. Thank you!

A Disappointing Experience - 9 hours taxi
Recently, I had an unfortunate experience with Dive Concepts Tulamben. Our driver arrived almost an hour late, which was already a bad start. Without any prior notice, the driver picked up additional passengers, leading to a 2.5-hour detour around Ubud. Ultimately, it took the driver over 5 hours to get us to the dive site, a delay that was never communicated to us in advance.
Due to this delay, our planned day trip was reduced from 3 dives costing 1,500,000 IDR to just 2 dives, and we were only compensated with 250,000 IDR. Although the dive masters were skilled, their English was very limited, which made communication challenging. The Liberty wreck dive site was beautiful, but the other sites were disappointing.
Overall, this experience was highly unprofessional. I would not recommend diving with this school if you require a long transfer to get there.

Absolutely phenomenal trip! Oh my gosh! I've already recommended it to multiple other travelers in Bali and family and friends. Can't miss! The Liberty Wreck is gorgeous and the coral gardens absolutely mind-blowing. I can't wait to come back! I loved our guide, Eggy, and all the staff at Dive Concepts. They were professional, friendly, and thorough. The shore dives were some of the easiest we've done as far as getting in and out of the water and the clarity and visibility... wow! It was seriously like the movies you see of all the damsels and small pelagic fish with the corals... so many nudis and shrimp! Just go!

Hello. Is it necessary to know swimming perfectly. I know swimming partially and I am very comfortable being in between the sea. This was enough in my last scuba Dive experience. Is it ok to Dive here?

The waves coming onto the shore can sometimes be very, very big and awkward. If you're not competant in the water, then it would be dangerous for you and those with you.
Best to see what conditions are like when you get there, and ask the dive organisation you propose to go with.

Not really. You don't need any prior experience of diving for the Open Water Course. You just need to show them how to swim (To make sure how comfortable you are in the water) and then a day of course in swimming pool and then 2 Days of Diving in the Sea.
