我们组的7个人被选去本地村庄集市，信息量超大，没有匆匆忙忙的，非常棒地开始了我们美妙的一天。抵达居民家的时候跟我们很温暖地打招呼。组织得很好。后来又有4各人加入，我们组就变成了11人。每个人都参与到了这个很大的单子上的所有活动。欢声笑语，学到了很多巴厘菜。为了一个精美的宴会大餐，每个人都付出了。最棒的是在乌布的时光。强烈推荐。最后我们拿到了打印的，我们做的食物的菜谱。超棒的巴厘岛体验，我们都留下了很好的回忆。

今天参加了Jambangan的烹饪课程，非常棒:)从逛当地市场开始，带着我们四处转转，给我们讲解了不同的水果和蔬菜，还有不同的米类及用途。参观当地人去的当地市场非常棒。随后我们去了一户漂亮的巴厘岛人家，以冰柠檬饮料欢迎我们，并告诉我们关于家庭和庙宇的文化。我们做了牡蛎蘑菇汤，沙爹鸡肉，咖喱鸡肉，花生酱沙拉和另一款沙拉，焦糖香蕉，然后是甜豆腐。这些食物以及和家庭成员们聊天，聆听他们的传统和文化，太美妙了。总体来说是非常美好的一天。我非常推荐这个烹饪课程！物超所值，且是一次体验当地传统的好机会。

很棒的烹饪课。很适合一家人前来。我参加过其他的课，一般都不让你品尝你自己做的食物，但是这里可以。他们还提供饮水，在这里你可以感受到真正的巴厘岛文化。你还可以从这里拿到菜谱，这样就可以自己在家做菜了。强烈推荐这里，他们还负责接送你往返酒店，司机很准时。

一家温馨可爱的料理教室
早上厨师来我们民宿接送,因为迷路让我们等了好一阵子,先到当地市场做导览,让我们认识食材(其实我都认识)约30分钟而已,之后前往料理教室,是住商混合的概念,他们家的外围布置成教室的样子,很有生活感,喝了饮料以后先让我们随意拍照(这样又混掉30分钟)接着洗手作羹汤,一道道步骤都由老太太解说,我们动手,有些食材他们已经准备好了,我们只负责搅拌或切,老实说要真的学到什么是不大可能的,但是能和各国游客交流,忆起煮饭吃饭,是很有趣的经验!

完美的烹饪课！
我们今天下午上了烹饪课，非常好！我们在酒店坐上车的时候就已经开始了。司机（Rakesh）接上我们，告诉我们很多信息。他带我们到了地点，在他们的私人房间。他的妹妹和表亲（非常友好有趣）学习如何烹饪。我提了一个特殊的要求，想要学鸡肉汤而不是素材，也没问题，我们坐了那个。所以他们很灵活，绝对推荐这里！

参观很好的市场，停在路上看到稻田，然后参观一个咖啡种植园。烹饪课是由一个非常友好的工作人员进行的，食物美味可口的食物。如果需要的话，你可以选择一个素食主义的菜单，我觉得很好。这是发现更多关于巴厘文化的一个好方法。

下午的烹饪课
跟我妻子作为第八组一起参加的。Rekesh很好的向我们介绍了巴厘岛的生活和文化。所有的人都参与准备。大量的素食菜分开准备。我们在当地家庭的指导下做菜，做完后我们一起共享这顿饭。这是一次很不错的经历！

Lustiger und leckerer Kochkurs

Sehr schöner Kurs. Es wurde auf alles geachtet egal ob man Vegetarier, Veganer oder Fleischesser ist. Zudem wurde sich noch vergewissert, ob jemand allergisch auf jegliche Zutaten ist. Das Kochen hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht und war lustig.

Sehr lustige, authentische Erfahrung mit Putu :)

Wir hatten einen genialen Nachmittagskurs nur zu dritt und wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend betreut :) Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß mit Putu und haben gleichzeitig viel über ein authentisches Balinesisches Haus und über Balinesisches Essen gelernt. Vor dem eigentlichen Kochkurs wurden wir auch noch zu einer schönen Reisterrasse gefahren. Insgesamt eine sehr tolle Erfahrung!

Amazing cooking and Bali experience

Wife and I are extremely glad we took the "Jambangan Bali Cooking Class".
We were welcomed into a Balinese home and explained lots about family and the way of living in Bali.
The atmosphere from the start was friendly, funny and welcoming - shoutout to cooking instructor Putu "the handsome" and Gus :)
The cooking class is for everyone, you cannot mess up the cooking even if you want to.
Food is made by attendees and is eaten freshly cooked at the place.
In the end an amazing, tasty, funny, learning experience.

Would recommend to anyone!

What a brilliant experience. The Chef and Instructor Rakesh and Wayan are great and they really explain the food and the story from the market to the table. You are taken to a local market and the vegetables and herbs etc are all explained. Then to their home and hands on cooking.

Do not expect to sit there and watch as you will do the cooking and the eating. Enjoy the experience. We loved it as did all the others that attended and we were a mixed group of of Aussies, Swiss, New Zealanders and Brazilians and we had a great time.

WE were looking forward to try the local food and this was the best we had, you can dine out on all the western food you want but it is damn hard to find good unadulterated Balinese food. Well this was great.

This traditional cooking class is a great experience

The cooking class was great! It's a family business & everyone is very nice. After picking us up at the hotel we were going to a traditional market and they showed us around at their own rice field. Than they invited us with an open heart to they home. We really enjoyed our day with them. They showed us how to make various dishes which all were very tasty.
Everything was really good explained and it was fun to cook together. Thank you so much, we can really recommend doing a class with Jambangan.

Aanrader! Super leuke kookles bij een familie thuis.

Wat een ontzettend leuke kookles! Alles wordt goed uitgelegd, je maakt verschillende Balinese gerechten. Van saté saus tot curry tot soep.

Ben je vegetarisch? Geen probleem ook hieraan wordt gedacht.

Je krijgt de gemaakte gerechten op papier mee naar huis zodat je thuis ook je familie kan verassen. De kookles wordt verzorgd door een Balinese familie bij hun huis.

Beste cooking class die we ooit hebben gedaan!

De beste, leukste cooking class die we ooit hebben gedaan! Wayan en zijn familie zijn heel vriendelijk en super gastvrij. Je voelt je gelijk welkom als je aan komt. Ze leggen veel uit over het huis, de ingrediënten en het eten dat je gaat bereiden. Het is goed georganiseerd. Je maakt veel verschillende dingen en je mag alles zelf maken. Goede sfeer en het eten is heerlijk, al zeggen we het zelf! Ook voor Vegetariërs een hele goede optie! Ga deze cooking class zeker een keer proberen. Je zult er geen spijt van krijgen!

Wonderful and authentic gastronomic experience in Bali

This cooking class was amazing!
The family was very nice and welcoming explaining every detail about Balinese traditions and their cuisine. First they they showed and explained us all the products we were going to use plus some more. After we started cooking; all the processes and techniques were explained very clearly and they were very easy to follow (they also gave us the option to choose the level of spiciness 👍🏻) The dishes turned out great and delicious and overall the experience was wonderful. We strongly recommend it

everything about this organisation was awesome! the food was delicious, the service was amazing and it was all round fun. our family got to meet new people and share our experiences as well as meet the family members who owned the venue. we got to experience the traditions of the balinese people as they welcomed us into their home. this cooking class is a once in a lifetime opportunity and i would recommend this to anyone, of all abilities and ages.

Some dishes to try at home

Our instructor and his family were excellent. The class was easy to understand and the hands on experience helped our learning. The facilities are great and, having stayed nearby, easy to get to.
