A very well arranged hike and really really experienced and friendly guides. CARIK kept us moving to the top of the mountain , helping us when we needed it. Highlight : expert photography by CARIK, really good photos and videos of the entire activity.

We had a fantastic hike today. Our driver was Ari and our guide for the hike was Gede. Both were fantastic. Gede took some great photos of my partner and I on the hike today. The waterfalls and coffee plantation visit were also great!

The Mount Batur hiking was an exceptional experience and one of my favourite parts of the Bali trip.
The tour itself was very well organised, with a pickup from our hotel in Ubud very early in the night (2:30am) to take us to the starting point. Entry tickets to the Mount Batur conservation region was already included. We met Jata, our guide there who provided us with all the hiking equipment. The trip itself was not very taxing, but still Jata was very understanding and we took multiple stops during the uphill hike. Most importantly he ensured that the tempo was suited to our needs and fitness levels.
On the top he provided us with a light breakfast and a choice of drinks. The views were stunning and Jata was always around taking pictures for us.
He also took us around the caldera and showed us interesting places of hot steam rising up.
The downhill hike was very smooth, and he took us through a different road. All the way his quirky and humble nature kept us entertained.
In all I was quite happy with the experience.

We had an absolutely great time trekking Kintamani thanks to our terrific guide, Carik who showed us a great time! He gave us the best experience by customizing the trip to our liking, to be around less people and to take spectacular photos we will always cherish! Highly recommend this trip!

We left with Jata around 3:30 for the hike to the summit of Mount Batur.
Several breathtaking views. At the top, snacks and drinks. Unfortunately, the weather was not right for sunset.
No problem, we were very satisfied with the ride and the explanations of our guide (especially at the summit regarding volcanic activity). Back with headlamps, a nice experience!
In short, a superb sports activity, accessible to everyone, both adults and children. Thank you, Jata!

Outside of the rough 0200 wake up, our experience was magical. Our driver Bot was on time at our hotel and drove safely and smoothly throughout. Gede was a fantastic guide on our early morning trek and took great pictures of us. He was knowledgeable about the trek and guided us away from the large swaths of people so we had as much privacy as we could. The sunrise was one of the best I’ve ever seen, reminded me of Haleakala in many ways. Our last leg of the trip was sekumpul and hidden waterfalls. Rizal (sorry if misspelled) was our guide and also acted as our impromptu professional photographer with no extra costs. Seriously, he took some of the best photos of my fiancée and I that really captured the beauty of the place. The waterfalls were outstanding and not terribly crowded!

At exactly 2.30 am they came to pick us up with a minibus and after an hour's drive we reached the car park from which to leave. There we met our guide Oman who kindly gave us some bottles of water and asked us if we wanted walking sticks and torches to illuminate the route. We started from an altitude of 1000m until we reached the summit at 1710m, always guided by Oman who made us make, in addition to the planned stops, all the ones we needed, asking us if we needed them. Once we reached the summit of Batur he positioned us in a strategic point to see the sunrise very well and prepared us a delicious hot breakfast. During our time at the summit Oman took lots of beautiful photos of us, a true photographer. On the way back the descent is quite steep and Oman helped my wife to go down more easily. In conclusion I would repeat the experience, which was very, very positive. Thanks to Oman and Batur tours.

Thank you so much for an awesome hike this morning with Omar. He is a fantastic guide, interactive, caring and shares a great wealth of knowledge. Please pass on our sincere thanks to him. He made celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary something we will never forget. Also you driver Yoga was brilliant, interactive and helpful. Great team, great trek, thank you again!😁
