- Joelle151000Good hospitality and arrangement我们－行四人参加了五天三夜婆罗浮屠，行山团。对于我们跟Mr Agus 的电邮中，他总是很快回答。我很满意他们的行程安排，价钱亦很合理。Mr Mul 是我们的司机，他驾驶技术很好，准时，也很细心。不会限定在景区逗留时间。他也会告诉你那里是影相好地方。唯一可以改进的地方是住宿房间的选择。团费应该是包Kampong Tourist 住宿但不是每人都接受到没有冷气，没门，没蚊帐的床位。所以问清楚房间有没有选择或upgrade. Kampong Tourist 的楼下便是Hotel Helios. 有冷气，有独立厕所的房间。其他酒店是可以接受的。

We took the 3D2N tour (Tempak Sehu, Bromo, Ijen) with Smartine agency and our experience was awesome. Great communication, great guide-driver Didik who speaks fluently English, great hotel-resort. It is worth the price if you want an all include package.

Thanks Ndaru and Smartine for planned our trip to Bromo and Kawah Ijen volcano.
Ndaru is a really nice guy, we enjoyed spend 3 days with him.
During the trip, we stopped to see Madakaripura waterfall, it was a nice surprise. He planned the hike to see the blues flammes in Kawah Ijen. It was a great experience for us.
We started our trip from Yogyakarta with train to Surabaya. Smartine booked tickets for us. We ended with a ferry at Ketapang. Ndaru booked us a taxi to our hotel in Bali.
We recommand Smartine, it was a good experience with high quality of services. It was easy the plan the trip for a good price. Hotels was good, and also cars we used.
Thanks Ndaru for making us discover your country ☺️

Very good experience with our guide Aditya, our driver Bondan et Mr Lily the local guide for kawah ijen ! They are very friendly, responsibles, attentives. We recommend these guys ! The tour was very nice, with stunning views and Aldo great hôtel. Thanks again !

Bromo et Ijen sont deux activités vraiment incroyable. Notre chauffeur Mull était super, très serviable, sympathique, très bon anglais et discret.

Nous avons réservé 3 jours et 2 nuits, tout c’est très bien déroulé. Notre guide Ndaru nous a récupéré à l’aéroport comme prévu et à fait en sorte que ces 3 jours se passe pour le mieux. Il nous a apporté beaucoup d’informations en chemin sur la culture balinaise, les différents fruits typique que nous avons également pu déguster. Une très bonne organisation et encore merci à Ndaru notre guide pour ces 3 jours.

Wauw, wat een ervaring!
We deden de 3D2N tour, onder leiding van Didik die enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam was. We genoten van het uitzicht over de Bromo vulkaan (helaas konden we vanwege de brand niet naar de krater toe) en daalden af naar de Ijen krater waar we het blauwe vuur zagen! Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld en dat was erg fijn vanwege de korte nachten. Een absolute aanrader!

Hey, just for thank you for everything.
We’ve had a really good time especially thanks to Nico. It’s really good guy, with always the smile and availability.
The trip was very well organized (hotel was good especially the last one with pool) and we find timing and all the guides perfect.

Merci tout d'abord à notre guide Mull qui est une belle personne, accueillante, bienveillante et sympathique avec qui nous avons pu passer de bons moments !
Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir la météo avec nous pour de merveilleux levers de soleil sur bromo et Ijen !
Après des réveils très matinaux à 1h30 et 2h30, et une Ascension sportive pour Ijen c'était vraiment un plaisir de passer un moment en haut du Cratere ! Les paysages sont incroyables !
Le seul point "négatif" serait de se demander pourquoi dormir si loin d'ijen (1h45 de route), car ça permettrait de pas mettre un réveil aussi tôt !
Sinon tout était parfait 😊
Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir la météo avec nous pour de merveilleux levers de soleil sur bromo et Ijen !

We did a 3-day tour to Bromo and Ijen and were picked up in Malang. The tour was a big success. Everything was taken care of and the hotels were great. Our driver Mull was very kind and could tell us a lot about Bromo, Ijen, but also anything else about Indonesia.

Hi, just want to confirm with you reg. the dropoff point. It is indicated that, "returns to original departure point". Yet it is also said that " drop off Surabaya costs USD 25". We, a group of two, would like to have pick-up and drop-off at Surabaya. Is there any additional cost? Thanks

It seems like you are cutting things close, time wise. Look at a good map of the island of Java. You will notice that Ijen is a good 60 miles east of the Surabaya Airport. However, that works out to about five hours of heavy-traffic driving. Luckily, the tour company I used (Helios Tours) was very flexible when it came to scheduling. Check with them. They will have the prices, etc.

We are a family of 4. We would be in Yogykarta and were intending getting the train to either Malang (arrive 15:15 on Sat 28th June) or to Probolinggo (arrive 18:15 on 28th June). Aim was to Bromo sunrise on Sun 29th and Ijen crater blue flames on Mon 1st July the get on the ferry to Bali fitting in the other sights on your tour on the route. What would you suggest?
Also is there flexibility to choose accommodation?
