Stunning experience! We had a great time with amazing views and two very polite guides. It was great, that our guides chose times, where the attractions were still mostly free of other tourists. Besides that the accommodations were great as well. Great value for the price! We couldn't recommend it more.

A big thank you to Theo and Wayu for bringing us around! Theo is an amazingly great tour guide - very patient and friendly as we navigate Java with our limited Bahasa. He is a very kind person and also pretty fun to be around with. Wayu is a super safe driver too, which is something I appreciate a lot when going up and down the mountains. The entire trip was very well paced and relaxing, and the views of the three places were amazing. It is also possible to change the pickup/drop-off points as well, thanks to Sofyan for arranging things. Many thanks again!!!

Ce circuit est une parfaite réussite pour découvrir l’est de Java.
Tout est incroyablement bien organisé.
Nous avons été récupérés à notre hotel à Surabaya pour partir vers le Mont Bromo.
Toutes les explications nous ont été données la veille par WhatsApp.
Nos réveils très matinaux (voire nocturnes) ont été récompensés par de merveilleux paysages.
C’est avec sourires, humour, sécurité et bienveillance qu’Ari, notre super guide nous a fait profiter de ses meilleurs conseils et endroits insolites. Il nous a fait sortir des sentiers battus pour éviter la foule.
Il a toujours été joignable par WhatsApp.
De Kawa Bromo, au Kawa Ijen en passant par Tumpak Sewu, cet itinéraire nous en a mis plein les yeux. Nous sommes très reconnaissants de l’avoir fait avec Ari et son driver.
Les logements (avec l’option la plus économique) étaient corrects. Tous avaient l’eau chaude et la wifi.
Nous recommandons fortement cette aventure !

The Tour was nothing else but beautiful! The organization of the whole trip was so good and the accommodations were cozy and clean. In addition our Tourguide Rahman took the best pics and videos of us! We are so happy that we booked this Tour and would definitely do it again! 😊

Wow, we had 4 amazing days in East Java. The tour is very well planned by the company and we had the best tourguide and driver we could imagine. Special thanks to Theo and Gufron. Many beautiful impressions, information about all the places and just a good time. Yes you have to get up early for all the experieces but it is really worth it. Especially the standard option has two wonderful places to stay over night. Also the third one ist definitely okay but the other ones are sooo beautiful, you really want to stay longer! Many thanks to the Team! We loved it and really hope to meet Theo again😊

I really enjoyed the tour. The three places we visited were all beautiful, epic and very impressive. Our guide Theo fully listened to our wishes and so we were able to avoid the crowds of tourists very well. He also provided us with insider knowledge. Our driver Bams also guided us safely through the streets of Java. All in all, a highly recommended tour! Go and discover the beauty of East Java!

We booked our 4D/3N Mt Bromo, Kawah Ijen & Tempak Sewu tour through Sofyan Yudianto of Java Adventure Trail Services and are very glad we did. Right from the start Sofyan was easy to work with and made suggestions of how best to make partial and full payment using the WISE bank transfer system. He also made a last minute change when a road closure would not allow us to visit the Rainbow Village when on our way to Tempak Sewu. Instead he offered an additional waterfall hike which we would have preferred anyway. We found this company very honest, well organized and courteous, a pleasure to work with.
Our guide was Achmad Faruq (Farug) and driver Bambang Luvianto (Bams). Bams was a very capable driver who somehow managed to maneuver his van through dense traffic using all safe means possible. Traffic on East Java is horrendous but Bams always achieved the impossible by getting us to our destinations safely and on time. Farug, our English speaking guide was a joy to travel with and we consider him a new-found friend. His grasp of the English language is very good and made communications easy. He is well experienced with this tour and knew when and where to see the various sights while avoiding as much as possible the big crowds. This is important as a lot of people visit these attractions but most visit at the same time. Farug would suggest slightly later times or even end of day times to avoid the crowds and still see the sights in all their glory but again, without those big crowds. This was very much appreciated.
The van we used was very comfortable with working A/C and lots of leg room and luggage space. A rear seat USB port was also available for device charging. We’d opted for better quality hotels and each of those facilities and their food services was good. I can’t say what the lower cost option would have been like but suspect they too would have been fine, just less roomy and perhaps without swimming pools. The cost difference between the 2 hotel options wasn’t significant.
Overall we would highly recommend this tour to like-minded visitors such as us. The company was honest and obviously cared about delivering a quality experience. Farug and Bams were wonderful people to spend 4 days with and we wish them and Sofyan great success in all their future endeavours.

Nous avons passé 4j/3n pour faire le Bromo, les Tumpak Sewu Waterfall et le kawah Ijen. Merci Sofyan pour cette organisation maîtrisée de A a Z que ce soit pour les transports, les activités et surtout les sublimes logements qui étaient à chaque fois au delà de nos attentes. Nous vous remercions également pour la rapidité de nos échanges et votre disponibilité. Cette expérience restera à tout jamais gravée dans nos têtes et nos cœurs grâce à Dino (guide) et Rizky (conducteur). Dino est toujours souriant et de bonne humeur. Sa connaissance des lieux a fait que nous étions toujours au bon endroit au bon moment sans être entourée d une foule de touristes. C’est également un super photographe. Rizky a été un super chauffeur malgré les longues heures de conduite il était toujours de bonne humeur et était très avenant avec nous. Même les réveils très matinaux ont été agréables grâce a eux. Malgré notre retard à l’aéroport les deux guides nous ont attendus et nous ont accueillis avec leur plus grand sourire. Leur bienveillance nous a beaucoup touchée. C’est très dur de quitter ces deux personnes fabuleuses qui ont été plus que des guides pour nous mais de véritables amis durant ces 4 jours.

We did the 4 days 3 nights tour and it was amazing! Every day was so special! The blue fire at Ijen and the beautiful view from the top, the waterfall and finally Bromo 🤩
Our guide Dino made the the tour very special for us. He always knew the most magical places, where and especially when to go, so we were completely on our own at the Tumpak Sewu waterfall. Also he is a very good photographer and knew the best places where to take pictures of the beautiful landscape.
The whole trip was very well organized: we were picked up at the train station and dropped off at the airport. For lunch we were brought to very nice restaurants with traditional Indonesian food.
To sum up it was an unforgettable trip with unbelievable nature experiences!
