Had just an awful experience with Budget at SLC Airport. We requested ski racks for our Chevy Suburban. When we got to the counter the manager (who was incredibly nasty) said they hadn't had ski racks for 2 years. So tough luck. We were 6 people with skis and which wouldn't with in the back of the car. The first solution he offered was another SUV that was going out of service. Then he offered a larger SUV but we would have to pay $75 a day surcharge for the "upgrade" on top of the original $805 contract. All this was delivered with a negative and disrespectful attitude. When I returned from our trip I called Budget Customer Service to complain about the surcharge since it wasn't our fault that they couldn't provide a ski rack. The were very sympathetic but said the Salt Lake operation was a franchise and that they had no control over how they would resolve (or not resolve) a customer service issue. I use Budget all the time for work...my advice is AVOID Budget in Salt Lake City if you're interested in being dealt with like a customer.

Hi, we just saw your review, and we are very sorry about your review, we have never served your airport booking, and please pay attention to which travel agent you give a review so that you don't make a mistake. We're the biggest company in Manado, and always get the best reviews. and all of our employees have never received guests like you. However, we understand that you are our business opponents. Don't worry, God will not let evil people live longer.
