I did the treck to Rinjani with Green Rinjani and I was very satisfied. The service before and during the treck is top. From the guides and the porters to the drivers the service is great. The equipment and the food are also top class. And above all I loved their mission. They do genuinely care about the mountain and we did actually come down with three bags full of rubbish ( appart from those we generated). About the treck, the place is beautiful. If you are in good shape it’ll be ok. Be well equipped and take your poles!

I can not say enough great things about Green Rinjani tours - I HIGHLY recommend this specific tour group. They provided an Experience than I will cherish my entire life! They picked us up from the harbor and provided clean, beautiful accommodations (with a delicious dinner!) the night before the trek. We started the hike at 7 am after a wonderful breakfast. Our guide (Aril) was very knowledgeable, spoke excellent English and was fun to spend time with! He was extremely patient and helped us through difficult parts of the path. The porters carried all our supplies and we had delicious meals every step of the way - including with a stunning view at the mountaintop! Our supplies were higher quality than other companies. Unfortunately it rained most of the night and our tent was warm and waterproof - with thick pads to sleep on. The company is very eco-friendly. Not only did we plant a tree on the way up the mountain, but the guide and porters all picked up trash on the way down, so that we truly left the mountain in better condition than we found it. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and efficient. They were quick to communicate prior to the trip and drove us to our next stop after the hike (after providing a much needed shower!). I can not recommend Green Rinjani highly enough. They definitely stood out from the other companies in terms of quality, concern for the environment and value for services provided. I can’t wait to go back and do the full summit trek next time!!!

The team is very good and we appreciated the service and the idea to make the mountain more green (planting trees and taking away rubbish). To be honest I was really surprised how much rubbish we can see during the trek. It is quite disgusting and I would say that Indonesian government should do something with this problem. But the views up there are really breathtaking.

What an amazing experience !
We did the 2 days hike with Greenrinjani and it was incredible.
The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Our guide was John and thanks to him and the porters that hiked with us we will never forget this experience. THEY WERE AMAZING !
We stayed on the camp when everybody else left and while other guides left rubbish at the mountain , our team from GreenRinjani cleaned up rubbish from everybody else to keep the place as good and nice as posible.
Every single euro was worth the experience, it included all meals, pick up and drop off wherever you want in Lombok, we planted a tree and we slept one night at an amazing room that belong to the company. The day before the hike they brought us to see the beautiful waterfalls near their office.
If you’re planing a hike on the Rinjani don’t hesitate to do it with GreenRinjani, and if you can, help the guide and porters with some tip, they very well deserve it !

We were hiking to Rinjani (2 days/1 night) in 2. We had a great gide Dana and two porters. It was really difficult tour, but we had fun together, we saw beatiful sunset in the up and we have amazing memories of the adventure. The equipment of Green Rinjani was great, we had a big tent, very good mattress and good food. We liked it and would do it again with the same company! Thanks Green Rinjani for amazing experience!

We signed up for the 2D1N deluxe package trekking up to the crater rim. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic. The view from our guesthouse that we stayed the day before our hike is so beautiful beyond words. All the staff here is very welcoming and make us feel like home. It touched my heart seeing the staff here living like a big family, everyone seems so contented and happy :)
The food prepared by our portals throughout the trip was amazing and the portion is more than sufficient. Before we reached the crater rim, our camp has already been set up nicely waiting for our arrival. The tent is very strong to withstand the strong winds at night. The mattress provided is decent and the sleeping bags are comfortable enough to keep us warm throughout the night.
Aril, who is our guide, is very experienced, supportive and take good care of us all the time. We feel entirely safe knowing that we are in good hands. He also documented our journey using my GoPro. All I have to do is enjoy my hike and the views and leave the rest to him. He took great photos and notably creative with his videography skills. We were thrilled with the results of his work!
Another point worth mentioning is their effort in taking care of the Mother Nature. Our journey begins with planting a tree. Our guide and portals pick up rubbish they found along the way down the mountain. We were so deeply respectful for their kind act. All in all, we are very happy for their service and enjoy every bit of the adventure. I couldn’t thank the whole team enough for doing such a great job for us. They totally deserved more than what we pay for. I highly recommend Green Rinjani and would definitely engage with their service again the next time I come to challenge for the summit! Thank you Aril and the porters, thank you Green Rinjani!

The Rinjani Trekking (3 days, 2n) was the craziest experience of our lives. The last part to the summit was really exhausting (you really should be fit and have strong legs) but the view from the top totally was more than worth it. Also the food was so good everytime. Sometimes it was even to much. But the best part of our adventure was Dana our trekking guide. He was so lovely and attentive. He even brought a sleeping back and hot tee for us to the cold summit. Maybe we will come back sometime (better prepared ;) thank you so much Green Rinjani and Dana!

We contacted Green Rinjani to do a 2D/1N trekking on the volcano. They reacted very fast on Whatsapp and were very clear about everything. They picked us up in Sengiggi and took us to Senaru, were we got diner and a room for the night. The day after we woke up early, got a nice breakfast and our guide John picked us up to start the trekking. John, a young guy who lives in Senaru, must be the best guide we ever had! During the trekking the porters cooked us amazing meals, we were really impressed. On the crater rim we had the most amazing views and a very fun time with John and the other hikers. The day after we started going down after another amazing breakfast. When we got back to the Green Rinjani guest house we could take a shower and the most awesome and funny driver Yoga drove us all the way to the harbour to go to Gili. They also fixed us our 4day boattrip to Lombok to Flores.
I would recoommend Green Rinjani to anybody!
