Highly recommend 非常推荐
脚底按摩的女性按摩师非常专业细心，是我体验过最棒的脚底按摩（真的）。油的味道很好，是芝麻油底，但是调和了芳香植物精油，完全没有麻油鸡的感觉（亚洲人懂我在说什么！）服务人员也很专业。结束的姜茶超级好喝。

Freundliche familiäre Atmosphäre, alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr entgegenkommend und verlässlich. Excellente aryuvedische Behandlung, in meinem Fall durch Shanuka. Auch das angebotene Doppelzimmer mit köstlichem Frühstück war TOP, preiswert, absolut sauber, modern renoviert, mit AC. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Mein Mann und ich haben uns 5 Tage hintereinander behandeln lassen, danach fühlten wir uns wie ausgewechselt! Die Behandlungen waren höchst professionell und wohltuend, wir wurden überaus freundlich beraten und unterstützt, der Chef steht mit Rat und Tat in allen Belangen zur Seite. Höchst empfehlenswert!!

Volevamo finire la nostra lunga vacanza in giro per lo splendido Sei Lanka con una 2 giorni di assoluto relax e massaggi. Abbiamo scelto questo centro grazie alle ottime recensioni e alla scelta ristata davvero azzeccata. Lakmal il proprietario è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, ci è venuto a prendere direttamente dal nostro hotel con il tuk tuk e ci ha accompagnato anche in farmacia a prendere alcuni olii e creme. I nostri due giorni (dalle 9,00 circa della mattina fino alle 13,30/14,00) sono cominciati con una lunga chiacchierata con la dottoressa che all’inizio ci ha dato un’infarinatura sulla medicina ayurvedica poi ha iniziato a chiedere informazioni sui miei stili di vita e salute per poi terminare la seduta leggendomi il polso per determinare a quale costituzione appartengo (sono 3: aria (vata), fuoco (pitta) e acqua (kapha). Dopo circa un’ora ci siamo spostati nella sala dei massaggi.
L’ambiente è spartano ma pulito e il fisioterapista che è stato con me in ambedue i giorni è stato bravo e assolutamente capace. Si è trattata davvero di un’esperienza che assolutamente consiglio e vorrei rifare, nonostante il prezzo non sia così economico.
Se venite a Bentota io vi consiglio un giro presso questo centro per passare qualche ora in totale è piacevolissimo relax!

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing experience for the 2 day program. Dr Uresha undertook a really special consultation and helped us understand everything really easily. The massage by Shanukar was phenomenal - lots of care and good pressure made me feel great ! I would definitely recommend!

This is a 1st time life experience in my life.i did two week Ayurveda package with Mr.Lakmal.I have wellness experience with my travel life.but this is a incredible Ayurveda program and ayurveda treatment also.My therapist is Lakmal.he did a professional job.I did treatment with him two week.I felt like I was taken to a heavenly world day by day by his treatments.he is a very friendly person and very helpful.who read a this review,don't wait.booked and go.100% recommend Lakmal with him experianc.this is not my 1st experience with him.but not last.I decided every year go to Sri lanka and join with ayurveda program ( Panchakarma detox program ) with Lakmal.

We decided to have a two day package and it was absolutely amazing. From the doctors consultation with Dr Uresha, who explained everything perfectly to the massage by Ms Shasini it was perfect. Definitely recommend booking a package as it’s helped rebalance and calm the body. And to top it off, everyone is so kind and welcoming and it’ll be our first stop next time. Thank you so much

The best massage in my life that I have ever had! I was told that the massage would be relaxing and that it would give me a good night's sleep (which I got).

Booked my treatment with Shasini, she did a full body massage within one hour. I was very satisfied and she was very proactive and professional with her treatment. Went back for a second session the next day and her treatment was remarkless. All masseuse and staff are very friendly and will make you feel very relaxed. Highly recommended

We read the reviews from Trip Advisor regarding this Ayurveda Centre and then spoke to Mr Lakmal as stated in the directory and Lakmal explained us the different packages frankly regarding the benefits of the day spa where most people forget to mention and this is where we liked Lakmal's honesty. Recommended for all travellers and do go for 90 minutes package at the best price where the experts in this domain are very professional to handle. I will rate five out of five for this Ayurveda Centre. Lakmal, keep up the good work and keep contributing to the economy of Srilanka and we wish you all the best to prosper further to greater heights. Thanks once again Lakmal from Santha Swaruban and family

Very nice place, have been here 5 times, have tried few different treatments and all of them were amazing. Relaxing music and atmosphere. I would recommend this place and definitely will come again soon! Favourite place in Bentota!
