I am surprised that Rupia adventures has 5 star on tripadvisor. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience:
•we agreed on a tour with 4 people in the car and at 8pm before leaving to the safari next day, they told us that we will be 6people in the car instead. Which is cheaper options and we payed for an option with 4 people. After a long négociation rupia accepted to give us a discount as a compensation which we accepted as we didn’t have other choice.
•the car we got was completely broken, the windows wouldn’t close and we would eat dust all the way for 4 days 9 hours a day. The car wouldn’t start as well and we would have push it many times during the trip everyday. Some of this with help of other tour company’s guides. A lot of time waisted.
•all the checks in and checks out from the parks was not smooth at all, they didn’t have right documents prepared and we had to wait around 30 min each time before we can continue the journey, while other tours just comes and goes in a few minutes. The worst was when they asked us to pay for spending a night in a park for the whole group because they didn’t manage to do the payment on time and security would let us go until it’s fully payed. They did refund money at the end, but still very unprofessional.
•the guide wasn’t professional, didn’t have any equipment like radio or binocular to spot animals, we had to look for them ourself most of the time. The information the guide gave about animals was not professional and very basic, comparing to other guides we met during the trip that in a few minutes of conversation gave interesting information about animals.
Overall, we don’t recommend Rupia for the safari at all and we are pretty sure that there is a lot of other more professional agencies for a safari tour.

Don’t trust Amoni or Semvua . The only thing they want is your money. I paid a lot for almost nothing . I’m so disappointed.
