The safari itself was excellent, the guide was lovely and the accommodation for all three nights was good. However, they didn't pick me up from the airport which was meant to be included, and told me to take a taxi after I got there. We also didn't leave for Ngorongoro until quite late in the morning because they folded our tour in with some people coming from Arusha on the morning of. The worst part though was how hard they pushed for me to leave a review, including calling me several times over the next week including during work hours.

The service was great, no negatives to speak of, noel and Bernard did a great job driving us from our hotel and when the safari was over driving us to the airport, our driver during the safari Joseph was also great

I had a fantastic time on a 2 day joined group safari. Bernard and Noel were very helpful from start to finish and made sure I was safe around Arusha by offering to take me to places should I need it and drove me to the airport at an early hour after safari. Both spoke very good English too.
My tour guide on the safari was also great, he was informative and made sure to attend the needs of everyone in the group. Lovely campsite, good food and a fantastic service overall. I would highly recommend using this company and will be coming back one day with my family!

I booked a 2 days joined group safari in January 2022 and I was very dissatisfied with the services provided. For the first day of the safari I was picked up from Arusha at 5am, together with some other participants. We headed in the direction of Ngorongoro and arrived at a campsite close to lake Manyara around 7am. We thought that we’re gonna get breakfast here and head to the safari soon afterwards. However, we had to wait until all the people sleeping at the campsite woke up and also ate breakfast. Only well after 9am we were put into a jeep and headed to the park.There were 7 participants in our car, even though the website promises only 6. Entering the park came with an additional delay, as apparently it was taking some time for the money transfer to go through. We started the game drive well after 11am. Because a couple from our jeep had to catch a flight in the evening, we also finished the safari quite early - around 3pm. At 4pm I was back at the campsite.
At the end of the first day I was told that the next day I will be departing for the safari at 5:30am. However, when I woke up at 5am, no one from the campsite staff knew about this. I was finally able to get a hold of a guy that told me this the day before, and he said that at midnight the organisers changed the plans, and now my safari was supposed to start around 8am. When I contacted Bernard (the main organiser) through WhatsApp, he blamed the campsite guy for misunderstanding things and informing me incorrectly. In the end, we left the campsite after 9am. Since we visited a Masai village on the way, we entered the park around 12:30pm.
Starting the safari very late on both days resulted in seeing only inactive animals. We managed to see lions only in hiding, as that was the hottest part of the day. I do not recommend this safari for anyone who values their time and wants to see animals being active.
On the positive side, Bernard was very responsive when booking the safari, and transfers before and after the safari were organised well.

I travelled to Tanzania in February 2021 as a solo traveller and I’m so glad I decided to book with Serengeti Safari Booking. Before the trip I was in contact with Bernard who had no hesitation in answering any/all of my questions. He had nothing but patience answering all of my queries and worries. At the airport I was picked up by Noel and Bernard who were both very lovely and helpful and even tried to help me find a covid centre to take my PCR test (which we weren’t successful at doing). But after this, Noel and Bernard told me not to worry and they even helped me book a new flight and Bernard even rung his friend at the airport to get me a refund for my flight. They took me to the hotel in Ashura where they’d booked a room for me for the evening - it was lovely and clean, comfy beds and English films! Next I woke up early, had breakfast and started on my Safari adventure, as I was on a budget Bernard and Noel found me other people to go on the safari with which made it much cheaper for myself. Our guide was Michael and he was brilliant so knowledgeable, patient and has worked as a tour guide for 10 years. The accommodation was a lovely tent where we had nice food and also had evening entertainment. The safari was excellent and well organised the only trouble of going on a shared group safari is people have different interests and are not always as keen as you to get started on time. Also, I had a flight booked the same day the safari ended so we had to rush back (my own fault) but Michael did an excellent job of getting me back on time to meet Bernard and Noel. They then drove me the last part all the way to the airport and I was in the airport plenty of time before my flight. I am very grateful for everything they did and they both went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home and didn’t have any worries. I would definitely recommend this safari company. It’s also reasonably priced and I had accommodation included the night before my safari.

Excellent safari tour with Serengeti Safari Tours. Everything was perfect, the food, the guide, the pickup, the welcoming and the comfortable sleeping locations. Mostly to recommend to anyone.

Когда мы планировали поездку на Занзибар, подумали, а почему бы не отправиться на сафари. В Рунете предлагались туры по каким-то заоблачным ценам, но потом мы наткнулись на safaribookings (что-то вроде агрегатора цен на туры от разных компаний), долго выбирали и нашли именно то, что нужно😃. Конечно, было страшно, ведь мы ехали не зная куда и не знали, что ожидать. Внесли предоплату через western union и стали ждать поездки😌. Так получилось, что прилетели мы раньше, чем должны были (во время стыковки нам поменяли рейс), но тем не менее, нас все равно встретил водитель. Нас привезли в отель в Аруше, где встречал Бернард и его команда (мы прилетели вечером и по договоренности у нас были включены две ночи до и после сафари).
Ребята большие молодцы, все организованно, помогают с решением любых вопросов.
Утром перед началом нас ждал вкусный завтрак и далее мы поехали.
Мы посетили два парка: Тарангире и Нгоронгоро.
Удалось увидеть всех животных: слоны, газели, зебры, обезьяны, носороги, бегемоты и даже львы. Огромное количество птиц.
Гид по возможности рассказывал про животных, показывал в книге.
Кстати, многое зависит именно от гида. Наш водитель джипа хорошо знаел, где прячется местная фауна. Иногда животные были далеко и заметить их было сложно, но благодаря водителю и биноклю мы увидели львиный прайд, который отдыхал вдалеке.
По питанию: кормили привычной нам простой едой: на завтрак омлет, блинчики, тосты, сок и чай/кофе, фрукты. В ланч-боксах были сандвичи, фрукты, кусочек курицы-гриль, кекс и шоколадка.
На ужин готовил повар, еда была также очень вкусная, домашняя. Мы остались довольны😌.
По проживанию: не ждите пятизвездочных отелей, но в целом все приемлемо: кровать, душ, туалет, полотенца и мыло. Везде гостеприимный персонал.
Если вы окажетесь в Танзании или на Занзибаре, обязательно посетите сафари. Это что-то невероятное.

All the tour has been arranged in a perfect way, starting from the aiport pickup through all hotel accomodations and tous themselves. Very smart experienced guides who gave us a lot of interesting information about all the animals we saw in the parks as well as good eyes for seeing animals from far. This was our first time in both Tanzania and Africa and i'm really happy that we booked the tour with this company as they made our acquaintance of the country smooth and exciting. Besides the Big Five we saw a lot of hospitality, caring of their customers and reliability. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone willing to get to know what Safari is like.

Great experience with Bernard and his agency. Communication was excellent, perfect service, absolutly without any problem. We have really enjoyed our 2 days trip.
