The initial hiring of the tour was tailor-made, with exquisite and immediate attention from Pepe, its boss, which made us trust the company. Trouble began at destination. In 10 days we had two Safari cars to which more inefficient, very old and without having passed their corresponding revisions. The 4X4 traction that left us trapped in nature parks twice (once in Serengeti and once in Taranguire, at night, in night Safari) having to be rescued was not working; the gas tank broke losing daily fuel; a wheel nearly went off, losing 3 of its 4 screws, with risk of accident; the seats were in bad condition and uncomfortable, etc. We asked Pepe for a solution with some proposals and he responded in very bad ways, with disrespect and threats to cancel the whole trip if we put a claim to him. On the other hand, our Initial Guide also did not appear on the first day, without warning, and instead we have had 2 different guides that I have to say have been wonderful (Fadhili and Valence), who suddenly had to face the route, without knowing well the details, in addition to playing mechanics, drivers and guides, all at once, with the consequent exhaustion that that implies and that inevitably affects their work and therefore the safari. A 10 for them, because thanks to them we were able to save the trip. In short, if you want to enjoy Africa, not lose activities, enjoyment time and do everything calmly and safely, I recommend NEVER hire the services of this company given the incompetence and unseriousness that Pepe offers its customers and its workers, in addition to selling you routes and cars impossible to realize.

Maravillosa experiencia! Fui con mi madre, mi hermano, mis dos primos y mi tia. Inolvidable.
La organización perfecta, no nos falto de nada en ningún momento, nos proporcionaron agua durante toda la aventura y las comidas.
Gracias a nuestros guias Valance y Ally pudimos ver todo tipo de animales, desde una pequeña gallina de guinea hasta el gran rey de la sabana, el león. Y no suficiente con su perfecta labor de guias, fueron unos compañeros de aventura perfectos, pacientes, amables, cercanos, alegres y atentos. No os quedareis con ninguna duda con Valance, tendrá respuesta a todas vuestras dudas y no os perdereis ningun animal junto a Ally.
Nada de esto hubiera sido lo mismo sin ellos.

Increíble! Fuimos en familia mis hijos y yo con mi hermana y los suyos. El viaje de nuestra vida. Inolvidable!
El conductor Ally un súper profesional, cariñoso y adorable, conoce el entorno a la perfección, lleva el mapa y la orientación en su cabeza. Pudimos encontrar muchísimos animales gracias a su instinto, elefantes, cebras, leones, Hipopótamos..llegamos incluso a ver la Gran migración de los Ñus en el Mara! Espectacular.
Valence el Guia increíble, educadisimo y encantador, conoce el mundo animal y el entorno fenomenal, nos explico todo todo en español perfectamente.
Muy muy afortunados de haber compartido con ellos esta experiencia!
Si podemos repetiremos en alguna primavera para vivirlo en otra estación.

Los parques, los animales, los paisajes… son una maravilla pero lo mejor es haber tenido la suerte de tener a Ally y a Valence como embajadores del país. Nos lo han enseñado y explicado todo increíblemente bien, se nota que les gusta y que tienen muchísima experiencia y conocimiento. También han demostrado mucha paciencia y generosidad. Nos han dado muy buena suerte y la Naturaleza nos ha regalado una experiencia inolvidable que con ellos de guías y compañeros ha sido de DIEZ!!!
Hemos podido ver en primera fila la migración de los ñus atravesando el Mara.
Una belleza absoluta!!!
Del lado “prosaico” decir que el coche es súper cómodo y no los ha faltado de nada, mucha comida y mucha agua.

Uno de los mejores viajes de mi vida por no decir el mejor, he aprendido muchísimo sobre Africa, sobre Tanzania y sobre todos los animales que la naturaleza ha puesto en esta maravilla de país. Sin Valence y Ally no hubiera sido PARA NADA lo mismo. Son dos personas maravillosas, atentas, alegres y sobretodo amantes de su trabajo. Valance tiene respuesta prácticamente a todas las preguntas que puedas tener sobre todo lo que te encuentras en la ruta, tiene un español perfecto y lo mejora día a día por su interés y sus ganas de aprender. Ally es un crack la verdad, se sabe los caminos y los mapas de las reservas y los parques como nadie, tiene OJO DE HALCÓN y ve animales que nadie más es capaz de ver hasta que él los indica. La ruta que han escogido para nosotros no podría haber sido mejor, y lo repetiría mil y una veces, y aun que Tanzania sea la misma para todos, mi viaje no hubiera sido el mismo sin el pedazo de equipo que nos ha acompañado, ayudado, entretenido y enseñado durante todos los días y siempre con una sonrisa. Me voy feliz de haber podido vivir esta experiencia y eternamente agradecida a Ally y a Valance que se han ganado un trocito de mi corazón.

Una experiencia inolvidable, los guías explicaban muy bien y eran muy majos, Valence y Ally. Vistas impresionantes, animales de todos los tipos y tuvimos la suerte de ver la migración de los ñus. Las explicaciones de Valance que sabía español eran perfectas y para nada aburridas, hemos aprendido un montón sobre los animales y sobre la cultura de este país tan apasionante como es Tanzania.
Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Hemos vivido una aventura auténtica. Hicimos un safari inolvidable por los Parques Nacionales del norte de Tanzania y tuvimos la suerte de contar con Mapunda y Kiata, como guía y conductor. Con su amabilidad y profesionalidad hicieron que la experiencia fuera brutal, su energía y buen humor hacía que no desfallecieran buscando animales para que los viéramos. El español de Mapunda era genial, lo que hizo que todo fuera más fácil. Gracias a todo el equipo de Safari Bike, y en especial a Pepe por toda la gestión.
Sin duda recomendable.

Después de casi un año hablando con Pepe para organizar nuestra honeymoon, con los problemas del Corona tanto aquí como allí, conseguimos dar el paso y aterrizar en Tanzania. Allí nos esperaban Justin y Mapunda, el mejor equipo de conductor+guía que podíamos tener. Siempre nos sentimos seguros con Justin al volante y aprendimos mucho de Mapunda con su muy buen español, los dos siempre con detalles para hacer nuestro viaje más especial y compartiendo muchos momentos de risas. Aun sin tener radio en el Land Cruiser conseguimos ver infinidad de animales e incluso un breve paso de la Gran Migración. Completamente agradecidos a Pepe por la atención que ha tenido durante los meses previos para los cambios en el itinerario, información de primera mano y la ayuda para cambiar un vuelo interno con Air Tanzania cuando éstos no respondían. Tanzania está deseando recibirnos en estos tiempos difíciles y SafariBike hace que todo sea más asequible, recomendamos a todo el mundo que dé el paso ya que no hay ningún problema allí, solo disfrutar. Asante sana Tanzania! Gracias SafariBike! Muchos vasos!!!

Mambo! We are very grateful, everything was unforgettable for us from the first moment, the journey was awesome! Justin our guide taught us about the local wildlife no just watching animals, we learnt a lot also about the Tanzania culture.Thanks Justin, our professional guide, and all SafariBikeAfrica team for taking care of us,on our family holiday. We enjoyed it a lot in Tarangire, Manyara, Ngorongoro and 3 days in Serengeti, amazing and unforgettable:) We appreciate Justin our guide so much for driving us in the Land Cruiser,finding the best spots for photography,safe and skilled driver and knew how to maneuver the land cruiser to make sure I had the best spot for my photos,we saw cheetahs hunting a gazelle in Seronera and in Ngorongoro Crater we were lucky to see a rhinoceros cross in front of us.. The choice of Tented Camps and Lodges was perfect and the reality of the whole safari exceeded our expectations. Thinking of traveling next year to Uganda with them to see Gorillas. We can highly recommend travelling with them. Asante Sana team for making our dreams come true!!

We did a safari with Safaribike from January 1st. 2020 to January 9th 2020 and had a really wonderful time. We travelled as family, so we had our three children with us, aged 17, 15 and 12.
We visited Lake Natron, Lake Manyara, the Serengeti and the Ngorongo Conservation Area. Everything was perfectly organised. We first travelled with a big truck, which was great because we had a lot of space and a perfect view. Then we switched to a Land Cruiser.
The lodges and tented camps were very well chosen. All of them were really nice, very clean, with good food and very friendly people.
We did a couple of extra trips, like a bike trip in Mto Wa Mbu, a hiking tour at Lake Natron to a waterfall, a hiking tour at the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater and we visited some cultural tourism like visiting the Hadzabe and the Datoga. We found all this very good because it gave us the opportunity to become active and not only sit in the car.
We had 2 very nice guides and drivers: Justine and Mohamed. Both were really nice and did everything to make the safari an unforgettable journey.
We saw wonderful animals, lots of zebras and gnus, elephants, giraffes, lions a couple of times, chettahs with her babies, actually all the big five plus much more. Justine really knew where to find them and was in close contact with the other drivers.
What we found especially impressive was a herd of elephants – about 70 animals – with young ones - that passed our way and came extremely close to the car. It was a really impressive and peaceful atmosphere.
Justine and Mohamed were really good with the kids. They answered questions over questions, they introduced them to songs and music and even a dance – the children loved them.
What we especially liked was that Justine tried to match our individual wishes. E.g. he took us to a club in Arusha with a live DJ for New Year or a really nice typical restaurant. He also explained a lot about life in Tanzanzia, about the school system, the structure of the families, the food and everything we wanted to know (and we wanted to know a lot ☺) without ever loosing the patience. This way we did not only a safari to see the impressive animals and wonderful landscape but also had the chance to get a little insight into Tanzanian life.
Pepe is a local provider. It is a small company with personal support. We could always reach Pepe directly during our trip.
So we can highly recommend booking a safari with Safaribike. Pepe did a great job in organizing everything and Justine was a really good guide. Try to get him when visiting as a family.
