Hervorragend!
Wir haben uns kurzfristig entschieden eine Safari zu machen und haben noch am späten Abend mit dem Organisator (Frazier) ein sehr tolles und ausführliches Gespräch geführt. Wir fühlten uns direkt gut aufgehoben und buchten die Tour.
Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir in Moshi mit dem tuk tuk abegeholt und zum Bus gefahren welcher uns zum Startpunkt nach Arusha brachte.
In Arusha bekamen wir unsere Gruppe und Guide - > Patrick vorgestellt.
Danach ging es auch direkt los!
Patrick war ein wirklich toller Guide!
Er integrierte sich sehr gut in die Gruppe und bekam dadurch wirklich ein gutes Gefühl für uns.
Auch der Koch war sehr nett!
Es war zwar keine Sterneküche, aber die haben wir beim Zelten in den Nationalparks auch nicht erwartet. Was allerdings auch nicht heißen soll, dass das Essen schlecht war!
Was uns wirklich unglaublich umgehauen hat war, dass unser Organisator uns selbst nach der Tour geholfen hat und uns rein freundschaftlich zu einem lokalen Markt begleitet hat, um uns als "local" zu helfen. Selbst zum Flughafen hat er uns begleitet und uns vor Ort erneut geholfen! Mega hilfsbereit in alles Hinsichten!
Alles in allem sehr schöne Tour mit unglaublich tollen Menschen!

We had an unforgettable experience encountering lions, buffaloes, elephants, wildebeest, leopards, rhinos, hyenas, hippos and so many others in their natural habitat for the first time. The team from Pinnacle did amazingly well to exceed our expectations on our private Tanzania safari. Everything from transfers, accommodations and guides was well planned that we missed nothing in our itinerary. It was remarkable that Damian our guide kept us captivated with interesting stories, great views and wonderful company all through the 5 days we were with him.
Booking and payments with Pinnacle was smooth and secure, keeping close communication leading to our trip, during the trip and even after the trip.
We hope to book another trip with them soon

Everything went according plan. We did a private tour, regular 5 days 4 nights stuff. No hidden costs. Food was amazing for camping standards! Guide friendly and knowledgeable, few times a bit quiet. 1 complaint, my tent really sucked, wasn't thick enough, I felt the cold on the first night! They changed it the next day though. I guess they should check camping equipments in advance! Otherwise the safari was good.

We constantly check before assigning our clients! But we must have made a slip during packing the tents from our store in Arusha. Please pardon us and understand it won't happen next time.

Extremely knowledgeable guide/driver with very good english, they were always super punctual, and very attentive to details, animals and to us ... honestly, I don't even know what to say. This is such a unique and wonderful experience, and our guides made it even better. So special shout out to Shirima and Frazier for making this trip unforgettable

Our recent trip to Tanzania was perfect! We had the most amazing guide who drove us from KIA-Moshi-Tarangire NP- Serengeti NP- Ngorongoro Crater and back to KIA. Everything in our itinerary was perfectly organized starting with the great vehicle, fantastic accommodations and Bright Munsa our guide who made it all happen. We were lucky to have him patiently and expertly guide us through the parks, to the Maasai & Hadzabe tribesmen; sharing interesting experiences and helping spot many different species of birds and wildlife.

Thank you. The experience we had in Tanzania was truly unforgettable and we highly recommend Pinnacle Adventures for arranging things just as they should be. We were really impressed at the way the company look after those who need help.
The mountain guides are excellent. The safari route and wild camp facilities were perfect.
We climbed Kili in 6 days by Rongai route and took a 5 day Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire, and Lake Manyara camping safari. Wonderful.
