After a long flight we were very happy our taxi was ready and waiting . The driver got us to our hotel quickly and safely. I would highly recommend this service.

If you need a tour company you can trust you be there when you exit the airport doors, book with Pam at Discova tours. Very good service. As a first time traveler to Phuket I was freaked out, worrying of my lift would be there to pick me up. When I saw the board with my name waiting for me I heaved a sigh of relief. Clean and air-conditioned vehicles, an offer of a cool refreshing water, and safe transport to my hotel. Same when I had to return home. Also be sure to book the sunset cruise with Pam. A not to be missed experience

Stressig aber gut
Abholung verlief sehr stressig.
Ansonsten ging der Fahrer ebenfalls auf Wünsche ein und schlug einen Stop an einem 7-eleven vor, um Getränke zu kaufen für uns.
Hinweis für Raucher, geht am besten bevor ihr euch am Flughafen bei eurem Abholdienst meldet rauchen. Anschliessend geht alles sehr schnell und stressig bis man vom Flughafen weg ist.

Unreliable car transfers
2022年12月
We were a party of four and had organised private transfers through My Phuket Holiday to our Kamala beach hotel. Let's say they are not a professional lot. When we arrived they made us take two separate 8 seater transfer vans rather than having us all together in one van which would have worked as the vans could easily accommodate 4 people and luggage. We argued with them that this was ridiculous but gave up in the end as we were wasting our holiday time. If that wasn't bad enough we were then not picked up for our return transfer to the airport even after confirming our return pickup four days and then again two days out. In the end after waiting 30 mins after our pickup time and speaking to the My Phuket Holiday rep numerous times while waiting we went and got and paid for a transfer van that was outside our hotel to take us to the airport. If you want a reliable service I'd recommend looking at other options.

This is a terrible service! They wanted us to pay twice! The car smelled and was very old. Do not use. Also it’s cheaper to get transfer when you arrive they charge $100 USD round trip when local charge about $50-$60😡

Easy and friendly

It was as easy as they say it is. I didn’t have to wait for more than a couple minutes for the driver to arrive once I found the representative. He loaded the luggage right up and off we went to the hotel. They’re also going to take me back to the airport when I leave which is great, because you can schedule it all at once.
