The rafting was great alongside seeing the lying Buddha, lunch was poor and the 2 hours to get there was a bit much. Shame because the rafting was amazing.

Didn’t even manage to attend the tour due to unforeseen circumstances that had occured to my friend. The operators were not understanding and didn’t even refund us any amount. This speaks a lot about how they are and not being understanding to customers need, please reconsider booking this tour

I didn’t find this exciting or interesting. The kids were bored. I think this was a waste of money tbh. I would not recommend to anyone.

Our tour guide Lisa picked us up on time and we travelled to another hotel where we had to wait 55 minutes for her to find two other people that were late for collection. When asked how long we need to wait all she told us was not long. We then had to smell their drug habit for the rest of the two hour journey. The drive there should be the reason they say no back or neck problems as the driver didn’t slow down for any road bumps or uneven surfaces. 3 hours in a very uncomfortable mini bus.
Lisa can across very rude when asked about how long we needed to wait for the missing guests and her response was this isn’t a private tour. We knew this however didn’t think sitting outside a hotel for 55 minutes was acceptable.
The monkey temple we loved.
The bamboo seemed unorganised and our family of 5 were split up on different rafts.
Also we were asked several times for a tip that we felt we had to tip when getting of the raft.
Lunch was nice and then we walked to the water fall. It was nice and some of our party had a swim.
Then back to the van for the 2.5 hour drive home. Again bounced around all over the place in the mini bus.
Sorry worse trip I’ve booked and wouldn’t recommend it.

Nobody told me that I will have to wait for hours for the rest of the group to do their activities!

Trip not as advertised no sea turtle conservation centre and elephant riding involved unethical animal treatment at its best wooden spears with metal tips stabbed into the sensitive parts and one of the mahouts grabbed the elephants penis and wrapped it around himself pretending to be getting attacked! Elephants showed signs of stress. An upsetting experience

Bamboo rafting and ATV were awesome activities. The monkey cave/temple was truly awesome. Our guide was also exceptional.

Everything went well, it was very good. We will pick you up from the hotel at the exact time. Plan to get muddy, wet from head to toe, bring beach clothes and a change of clothes for the return, bring special shoes for the water and shoes for the return. Plan for 4 hours of nap and return in a car with the air conditioning on full blast🥶. We eat well at midday, we have a snack at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. We don't worry, we follow the very nice guide. It's worth the trip.

Simply unorganised and terrible. First of all, the trip by car from Phuket is extremely long (we are talking about 3-4 hours). Nothing bad to say about turtle conservation centre - you can look at turtles that are different ages, they are displayed in open bathtub-like areas. Then we went to bamboo rafting. Even though the rafting itself was amazing, and we even got to see things like snakes, the waiting time was terrible compared to rafting time (we waited around 20-30 minutes and then we rafted for around 20 minutes. ) Worst part about rafting was getting your clothes completely wet (at least the bottom part) as it caused some inconveniences, so get ready for that since the guide instructs you to leave all your belongings in car and doesn’t inform you to change your clothing to bathing suits or other clothes that you don’t mind getting wet. We also needed to wait around 20mins before traveling to lunch (at least we got a coconut dessert treat during this waiting time). The travel to lunch took around 40 minutes, food itself was quite good. We didn’t want to support unethical elephant trekking so we didn’t buy that activity while ordering the trip, however, elephant bathing was included. Unfortunately, the guide treated us quite rudely and didn’t want to let us go with our group that had bought both trekking and bathing to bathe the elephant and said that we needed to pay 250 bath each if we wanted to go. Literally had to argue that it is included in our tickets. The bathing was ok, but the treatment of elephants is simply disgusting, it was painful to look at the poor exploited things. I realise it is a bigger issue that needs to be adressed differently and probably won’t change for auite a while, but don’t support these sort of places by traveling through the Sawasdee travel company. After that, we needed to wait (again :) )while other members of our group drove the ATMs, the waiting area was extremely loud and our clothes were still completely wet. After waiting for around 30 minutes, we were taken to see monkey cave and the temple. Unfortunately, the temple was closed and the monkeys were sleeping so we saw nothing. At least the scenery was nice. The trip back home was just as long and tiring as the trip in the morning. In conclusion - save your precious time in Thailand and either go to other tours or spend time near the sea. In all the cases, you will spend your time better than we did during this trip. Unless you love sitting in the car. Then you will enjoy it.

Not sure about reviews that weren't positive. We went two days ago, January 31, 2023.
We were picked up on time from our hotel. Our first stop was Monkey Cave. You have to pay 20 baht to go in cave with a temple/reclining buddha. you don't have to go inside. you can walk around and feed the monkeys that are very spoiled. We then went to an area where those that wanted to ride an elephant could do so. We didn't, but we walked aorund and saw elephants up close, didn't have to pay a thing while others were riding. We then went up to a national park where they have river rafting, ATV riding, and the waterfall. The waterfall wasn't much, but it felt good to swim. People went ATV riding. We had lunch and hung out. It was great. Lunch was soup, chicken, some thai dishes, overall really good. From there we went to turtle conservatory, OK, Gentleman there was very passionate about what he was doing and we enjoyed the sime there. Finally, bamboo rafting. Interesting how the owner explained things to us and served us coffee. We spent 30-40 minutes on raft. Our guide allowed us to jump in river. Great time. The worse part of whole trip was ride home. 2 hours. Rough, but no way around it as you are north of Phuket Island.
