Did not inform us of max weight limit of just 95kg until they picked us up, so 2 of 4 could not join the trip. Instead they dropped 2 of us off at a quad safari wich is much less value, and not what we wanted to do.
I understand it is much for the horses in the heat, but then they really should inform lf this before. I even spoke with them on phone to verify pick up and they wanted to move the time of the trip. But did not mention weight limit even then.
The girls had a great trip, but the service and lack of information was really bad. This was something we looked forward to do together. So it was a really big disapointment for us.
I did get a small refund, but not equal to the price difference on this trip and similar quad safaris i could find.

Very disappointed! Not in the activity but in the people that organized this. We paid for this activity but when we were not able attend the day we booked because of an issue, we asked for a refund or a change to another day in the week. But they denied us of any of that. Despite the fact that there's space in their schedule, though they claim otherwise. The least they could do is change the day or give us the money back.

We had a great ride with a group of 6. It was very hot for the tourist and the horses so we had a few breaks. I recommend to bring sun cream and water with you. After the trip you can buy the foto's. I also recommend doing that because the pictures are beautyfull! Great trip!

Was een mooie trip op goed verzorgde paarden.
Wel alles in stap aangezien het berg op berg af was.
Het uitzicht op de berg was prachtig en er was onderweg twee keer een stop zodat de paarden wat konden eten van wat er hier en daar groeit.
Klein rugzakje of heuptasje met water is wel een aanrader.

Despite being a newbie in horseback riding I felt very comfortable and the whole trip was very pleasant and safe. My little daughter (7yo) also enjoyed it very much and it's just nice being out in the mountainous landscape and pine forest. Very friendly owner. Thanks for the pick-up in my far-away hotel and also thanks for organizing the taxi (we had to leave the group prior to finishing the ride and it was quickly organized!). If I am back in Alanya I would definitely want to do this again ;-) Regards, Urs

It was a nice day out however I need to point out that a few things are not mentioned. Their is a weight limit of 95kg, the horses are “rescued horses” so they cannot go at speed and you will be kept at walk speed by a person in front the whole way. 30 minutes of ashfelt before you get to the forest. But, it’s a nice horse ride esp if you are a beginner.

I had a wish for many years to try horse back riding, but had no opportunity. Anyway, I don't regret not doing it earlier someplace else, 'cause this was the best first time experience I could have. It was with a breathtaking sea view, best guide, Natalya explained everything about horses and she was so patient, considering we all were beginners.
Our pick up from the hotel and ride back was perfect, they gave us juice, water and they were all really friendly.
Horses are so interesting, having their own character and history that you need to know as a rider in order to connect with them.
I'm looking forward to do this again. Friendly recommendation!

Natalya and Mustafa are very great guides and friendly and interesting people. The horses are well-trained and absolutely healthy and obviously treated well. I really enjoyed this day a lot and can recommend it to everybody.
I hope 2021 will be a better year for you guys and that you will be able to find a new stable deeper in the beautiful mountains. Thank you!

The tour guide Natalya was very friendly and knowledgeable, and she clearly loved her horses and took great care of them.
Each horse has its own personality and story.

I've been there for the 2nd time now (last year and this year). My friends kind of forced me to return there because they're fed up with my stories about that tour. It was also my first solo-riding experience and it felt AMAZING, which is why I went there again this year. I love their dog Asi (it means rebel and I'm not sure if I spelled that correctly). Ask for Picasso, I just LOVE this horse! He is such a love bug. Others are also really nice! I won't lose to much words on horses, because you'll get to know them and their story on the tour by the owners that are so lovely and patient. They are doing a great job, you can see that they are doing it out of pure love - I admire them so much. Check it out, I can't wait to go back there to hang out with them and their horses next year. Yeah, I'm going to see them next year once again! And I'm bringing my friends also. Thank you once again for amazing experience (and pictures). I'm looking forward to see you ❤
