I have booked this tour in September for my birthday and I messaged them on WhatsApp to ask a few random questions as excited on how good it looks and the replies I got was completely unexpected rude and shocking. Same as on Instagram too. If they are this rude before the tour imagine how bad they are on the tour. This company needs to learn to respect a customer who pays and tips well and learn manners. I will never use a company like this and they need to be kicked off Viator and Trip Advisor.

Hello Greame Joy. If you want to share our unpolite answer for your question and talk about rude customer care please share all our talking. Unfortunatelly I cant share here picture with your writing. We are sorry you feel bad because of our "not response" for your message, but it wasnt any important question in there. You"ve booked your trip via viator page for September and in there you can ask every question in English. We are working really hard to give answer for every important question about our trip. Every customers is important for us from time he booked trip till time our trip is finish. Please next time, not be rude for customer care for any office worker if you need good customer care. We had a nice day out in Alanya. The pick up was on time and the drivers were really friendly. Lunch time was really impressive. The setting near the river was beautiful! For lunch we had the option of fish or chicken and it was accompanied by pasta, rice and a buffet of vegetable dishes that were all delicious.
The only reason why I didn’t give a 5, is because it was a little rushed at points. For example, we had 30 minutes to explore the caves and go on the cable cars but this wasn’t quite enough time to do both so we only saw the cave. Although lunch came out quickly and was really nice we only sat for 55 minutes which was just about enough time to finish food and use the toilet. More time to take in the scenery would have been great.

Should explain that 75% of trip is sat on coach. Boat trip left something to be desired it said one hour , no sooner left habour and it turned back again . More like 30 mins. Money making machine. 5.00 for a small can of coke.. Don't travel so far for lunch and choose a cleaner place. It was tried and dirty ,flies everywhere. The bazaar was like any other street in turkey..That's 9 hours of my holiday wasted.

Prise en charge à l'hôtel (Castival, pas exemple) : bien. Visite bananeraie : en fait, arrêt gratuit le long d'un trottoir bordant une plantation. Visite caverne : 1 seule salle, entrée 1€, donc OK à faire. Plusieurs arrêts pour prise photos : bien. Visite fortifications, et/ou tour rouge IMPOSSIBLE : plus que dommage. Tour en bateau : TRES BIEN. Repas sur la rivière : une calamité. De la bouffe horrible. Seul le coté inhabituel est intéressant. Temps libre 1h30 : On vous emmène dans une ruelle et vous laisse près d'un commerçant "bon ami". Nous avons fait le choix de visiter le musée. Bon choix car entrée 1 € mais 3 kms à pied.
Globalement : Pas une arnaque compléte, pas la super balade. Optez pour pouvoir faire la visite du fort et de la tour rouge.

Wycieczka godna polecenia. Przewodnik Pan Onur oraz opiekunka Pani Ola bardzo dokładnie oraz szczegółowo opowiedzieli o zwiedzanych miejscach, jak również o ciekawostkach. Atmosfera była wspaniała. Najlepsi przewodnicy. Transport przez całą wycieczkę w klimatyzowanym autokarze. W cenie wycieczki wszystkie bilety zagwarantowane. Wystarczający czas wolny na zwiedzanie oraz odpoczynek. Widoki były piękne. Zapewniony obiad w bardzo ciekawym i urokliwym miejscu nad rzeką Dim.

Leider alles sehr touristisch, die Höhle ist super klein und total überlaufen.
Das Castle wird nur für einen kurzen Fotostop besucht.
Essen am Dim River leider eine totale Katastrophe.
Freie Zeit am Markt ist ganz nett.
Segelfahrt ist eine Fahrt mit einem Touristen-Piraten Boot mit Motor, Landschaftlich allerdings super schön.
Am Kleopatrastrand sind wir nur vorbei gefahren.
Besser wird es sein sich ein Taxi zu schnappen und selbstständig nach Alanya zu fahren.
Das Castle wird nur für einen kurzen Fotostop besucht.

Serdecznie polecamy, wybraliśmy się wraz z Metin Tour na dwie wycieczki (Alanya City Tour oraz Side-Manavgat). Dziękujemy Pani Małgorzacie, która była naszym przewodnikiem przy obu okazjach. Pani Małgorzata mieszka w Turcji od kilkunastu lat, jest pozytywnie nastawiona i nie dość, że fantastycznie opowiada historię miejsc, po których oprowadza, to w wolnych chwilach chętnie podejmuje rozmowy i wskazuje na co zwrócić uwagę lub gdzie udać się w wolnym czasie, żeby w pełni posmakować piękna Turcji nawet podczas stosunkowo niedługiego, tygodniowego urlopu. Bez niej na pewno nie bylibyśmy tak zadowoleni ze swojego pobytu w Turcji. jeszcze raz dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy, a jeżeli jeszcze kiedyś będzie nam dane wrócić w te okolice to na pewno skorzystamy z tego biura podróży ponownie ☺️

Bardzo serdecznie polecamy ta wycieczke i biuro MetIn tour!! Bylismy grupa siedmioosobowa w tym troje dzieci. Mimo upalu o dziwo dzieci nie marudzily😁 wszystko sprawnie, dostalismy duzo praktycznych wskazowek jak i zaczerpnelismy wiedzy z historii.
Autokar klimatyzowany i przemila obsluga wycieczcki.
Mielismy zaszczyt byc oprowadzani przez samego zalozyciela i szefa biura pana Metina.
Bardzo pomocny i sympatyczny czlowiek.
Polecam jeszcze raz MetIn tour.

Everything was fine :) Even if we couldn't attend in another trip because childrens got sick, money were returned on our account. Service is really good. I can really recommend.

Hello, Im interested in this tour for 2 adults and 1 child, but we have free just 8 of august, and is not available make a reserve that day, i will like reserve today.
