Ok. So here’s our honest review. The actual rafting is exactly what you hope for. A good guide who was fun and engaging, and a beautiful river with regular rapids that were enough to get the adrenaline going but not too much to make it scary. As a family of 5, with 19, 18 and 14yr old children, we all really enjoyed the ride. However, we would highly recommend booking through your rep at hotel and ask questions. We booked directly through TripAdvisor and saved £40 on the overall trip. Big mistake! We were picked up on time at 8:30am. But the driver drove so aggressively and dangerously I had to call out to him to please slow down. When we finally arrived at our destination (1hr) he spoke to me to ask why I asked him to slow down. I explained if he came to England with his family and I drove like that, I would expect him to be upset and angry. He did not agree and said he was a good driver! The worst bit is, he then sat and drank tea with his mates while we had to wait for 3 more minibuses to arrive before we go get into the raft. We started actually rafting at 12:30pm! After waiting over 2 hours for people to show up. So in summary, the rafting is brilliant but just be careful who you book with. This was IDEAL rafting and we would suggest staying clear as poorly organised. People in our hotel have used TUI etc and has a better organised trip with the same rafting experience.

Хочу поблагодарить Мурата, владельца турагентства, за прекрасную организацию рафтинг тура для меня. Получила массу удовольствия и впечатлений! Он может организовать смешанные активности в одном туре, мне не пришлось этого делать, но сама возможность приятна. Всем рекомендую. Попала в смешанную группу немцев и беларусов - было весело;)))!

We enjoyed our day trip. It was well organised. Especially appreciated that we were all made to walk through cold river on arrival before we got to the boats. This helped to acclimatise with ice cold waters and to avoid a shock. My son 14 years old gone over board on the first rapid as didn’t hold to the boat properly. However he was pulled out by our guide immediately

Man fährt mit Schlauchbooten etwa 14 km den Canyon entlang. Es gibt kurze Stromschnellen, die leicht zu überwinden sind. Chaotisch ist leider die Organisation und Einteilung der Boote, aber das hat den Spaß nicht verhindert.

Super tolle Tour mit viel Spaß und Aktion.
Wurden direkt vom Hotel abgeholt und zum Einkleiden gefahren. Dann ging es weiter den Berg hoch und den Fluss runter.
Riesen Spaß und man muss schon ordentlich mitpaddeln.
Nach ca. 1 1/2 Stunden kommt man am Ziel an und es gibt noch ein Mittagessen.
Wir hatten viel Spaß und können die Tour nur weiterempfehlen

We extremely enjoyed the rafting itself, children as well as adults! Everything was well arranged and managed.
Things to improve:
Food - include at least the tea in the suggested lunch.
Waiting time - too much time we spent for waiting while other people completing other activities, why the buses were not arranged by the time spending or activity types?
Language - we reserved in russian, but the whole activity was on english.

Yes we do normally separate tansfer but unfortunately seson is still low so we have to mix up transfer with same location because all costs are so higher now but our price still value good price
We try our best for you all guest and friends

It’s an amazing place at some point you will feel it’s fake , highly recommended specially swimming there ( with blue cart in your hand like a watch) there are cars take you from meeting points you can swimming until you reach the waterfall with unbelievable views

Çok güzel eğlence istiyorsan kesinlikle rafting katılabilirsiniz rafting muhteşem yedigimiz kesinlikle çok eğlendik ama su biraz soğuk tu tabi daha ama yinede harika diğer taraf yemyeşil güzel ovadan geçtik Rafti da muhteşem ama muz ara ve güzel tur için herkes için teşekkürler
