We had a beautiful day! The boat trip was so peaceful, the food supplied was delicious. The only down side is the transfer from alanya to here was around 2hrs!

This tour is a common misselling ploy usually practiced by tour agency representatives you meet in your hotel (agency name or hotel rating don't matter judging by conversations with other tourists on our trip since actual trip organisation is outsourced).
There are only about 4 catamarans on the lake, so instead of 4 hour boat trip it is only 2 hour boat trip, soft drinks free, alcoholic ones to be paid extra.
This is how our trip looked like, timing is approximate:
- picking up guests from their hotels 8.30- 10.00
- bus to the lake 10.00-10.40
-10.40-12.40 catamaran trip, lake and nature are magnificent despite a fire couple of years ago, Roman aqueduct and fairly recently built dumb are impressive.
-12.40-13.00 bus journey to the "restaurant' where you have to preorder and not allowed to change your mind afterwards
-13.00-14.30 "restaurant', "swimming" and "phishing"
-- there are only two "restaurant" huts where all buses stop, be prepared to queue up, poor choice of food with even worse hygiene ( sandwich from M&S is a dream food in comparison)
- there were about 5 phishing rods and about 5 buses full of tourists when we were there
-few brave souls have tried to swim, water temperature is approximately +12C which is never mentioned by tour guides
-14.30-15.30 return journey by bus (we were one of the last ones to get dropped off)
I'd rather have a shorter trip and get dropped off at the hotel by lunch
Some people booked trip off the main road for about EUR 30.00 and paid on a bus, everyone else who booked through hotel rep paid approximately double as much.

Murat is the guy to contact to arrange your private tour groups for around Side. Everything can be arranged, luxurous busses, great and safe driver and nice guide all for a very fair price.

This was an adequate tour for seeing the Green Canyon. The service itself was professional: we were picked up on time and the organizers communicated well. However, the experience itself was okay. The Green Canyon is beautiful, but basically you get put on a large boat with a lot of people and just go around the Canyon with some time allotted for swimming and fishing. The food at the restaurant they brought us to was not good.

An sich eine gute Tour. Der See und die Berge sind sehr schön. Wenn man russisch kann, versteht man bestimmt auch was einem dazu gesagt wird. Der Tourguide hat leider schlecht verständliches English geredet, wenn Mal Informationen auf Englisch kamen. Es gab zwei Badestops, wobei einer voll und ganz gereicht hätte. Das Essen war lecker, aber etwas wenig, da man erstmal eine normale Portion bekommen hat und dann nicht mehr die Möglichkeit bekam etwas nachträglich zu holen. Also wenn man Hunger hat, sollte man sich direkt eine große Portion geben lassen. Preis-Leistung fanden wir die Tour für das was es war, etwas zu teuer.

Green kanyon gerçekten mükemmel bir ben bayıldım oh harika doğal yer fotoğra yapmak gerçekten güzeldi su soğuktum yüzemedik on için üzüldüm ama gerçekten muhteşem bir manzara fotoğraflık yerleri çok çok çektim çok teşekkür ederim her şey için Yemeklerde harikaydı

We booked all our excursions through Side Tours as soon as we got to our resort. From start to finish, their service was brilliant. Murat was always checking in with my husband to ensure everything went smoothly. I absolutely loved the green canyon tour! My favourite excursion out of the 5 we booked. The views were breathtaking and our guide, Gurcan made the whole experience so easy and comfortable for us. His knowledge of all the local history was amazing. We hope to see him again if we go back!
