Violent aggressive supplier
The buggy experience was good but the provider was terrible, he over charges makes up lies. IF You want to do this experience visit the locals at the hotels or on the street, who give you a fair price and are not rude and violent.

Hi dear guest!
Unfortunately you tell not the truth we had informed you that we can't give you service you can cancel your trip its all mail are saved don't worry about it
You say can l have option so we give you 2 option if you come to self to our place or we organise private transport you not except do we give you other options then you agree after you arive the place you make trubel that you didn't want pay extra
We give you option cancel we have not enughf travelers from you hotel or choose other options do you did to agree pay extra what is the problem 🤔

Die Bilder stimmen ja absolut gar nicht.
Wir hatten alles nur wüstenähnliches Terrain. Ein ganz klein wenig Wasser.
Die Buggys befinden sich in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Geben kaum Gas und kommen entsprechend kaum vom Fleck. Selbst nach dem ich Bescheid gegeben habe wurde nur kurz am Motor etwas eingestellt mit minimalem Erfolg. Das Fahren machte entsprechend auch kein Spaß.
Die Probefahrt war wirklich ca 15min, aber die eigentliche Fahrt war kaum länger wie 60-70min. Sonnenbrille allein ist nicht ausreichend. Holt euch lieber im Baumarkt eine Brille, wo auch die Seiten geschlossen sind.
Ich finde man kann die Tour machen, aber auch nur für 20-25€. Mehr ist sie echt nicht wert.

Ich rate unbedingt ab von der Tour. Schrotte Fahrzeuge, kein Spaß und keine Erstattung etc…. Wollten Buggy’s und haben nur Quads bekommen die aber eigentlich günstiger wären.. kein Problem wenn nicht andauernd welche liegen bleiben würden etc.. nicht nochmal !

we dont say our buggy ıs new we useing them so we dont guaranty we gıve you new machıne sorry we dont do that no one ıts what ıts we go nıce off road 2.5 hour drive have fun and who know to have fun welcome

Such an amazing adventure we had! From the minute we booked, we got a nicely message from the company from where to pick us up. Than we got to ride the buggies! It was super adventurous, wet and dusty! Everything was perfect the way they planned our day. They make beautifully pictures as well for a good price.

The trip was listed as a 5 hour experience but you only got one and a quarter hours driving the buggy or quad, the rest of the time was spent travelling or hanging around. The time actually spent on the buggy was good fun but at £140 for 4 of us I just didn’t feel it was value for money. Very little interaction/communication from hosts. Having been on a fab trip two days earlier canyoning and rafting we were all really disappointed with what was offered.

Hi 👋 who you booked from? We do 2.5 hours and totally tour 5 hours which location have you booked there are lots of agencies to make activities lm sure you not booked with me l dont remember you because
Please next time when you coment read good who you coment and review our company do only euro mostly no paund so we did not also canyoning sorry we don't have canyoning you can check my excursions no canyoning so it's not my responsibility 😉 you can't just review who not booked with

Great fun racing round in beautiful countryside. The buggies felt safer than quad bikes as you have a roll-bar / protective cage and the centre of gravity is lower. Drivers are supposed to be age 17+ but passengers can be younger. The buggies were fast enough to be exciting, especially going round tight corners and through streams! Teenagers all loved it, especially getting soaked. Staff looked out for anyone who got stuck or left behind. Pretty laid-back. You do need sunglasses or goggles, which they'll sell you if you forgot to bring some. They also have straps to keep your sunglasses on for 2 euros. Bandanas are recommended to keep dust out of your mouth / nose, but you can use an ordinary facemask instead. You could go without if you want, they don't force you to wear them. Lockers are provided free of charge. Their photographers are very good and I thought the prices were reasonable, but there is no pressure to buy the photos.
I'd suggest bringing an easy change of clothes, but the bus that takes you back to your hotel has towels to sit on. Your shoes and trousers / shorts will get soaked.
Highly recommend this trip.

Wir hatten wirklich sehr viel Spaß mit der Buggy Tour. Alles war gut organisiert und man holte uns pünktlich ab und brachte uns anschließend auch wieder nach Hause. Die Tour an sich hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht, auch wenn unser Buggy ein wenig Probleme gemacht hat, war es doch insgesamt ein super Erlebnis damit durch Schlamm und Wüste zu "brettern". Fotos kosten am Ende 12 Euro, was wir in Ordnung finden wenn man die Menge und Qualität der Fotos am Ende berücksichtigt. Vor Ort kann man Bandanas und Brillen, sowie Getränke kaufen. Wer hier sparen will sollte diese Sachen unbedingt mitnehmen, da ihr sonst sehr viel Staub und Schlamm schluckt bzw. in die Augen bekommt;) Für die Buggy Tour geben wir 5/5!
Den Punkt Abzug in der Gesamtbewertung gibt es da wir zusätzlich eigentlich das Hamam für den gleichen Tag gebucht hatten aber dann ca. 17 Stunden vor Fahrtantritt abgesagt haben. Hier wollte Murat uns die Vorauszahlung nicht erstatten, da er wohl schon reserviert hatte. Murat bat uns aber an diese Vorauszahlung auf andere Trips anrechnen zu können, falls wir das Hamam nicht wollen. Insgesamt haben wir uns aufgrund anderer Pläne dagegen entschieden, wodurch unsere 20 Euro Vorauszahlung dann nicht erstattet werden. Berücksichtigt man den Unterpunkt Kundenservice/Kulanz gibt es hier von unserer Seite nur 3/5 Sternen. Wir glauben dass die Rückerstattung der Vorauszahlung, insbesondere da wir über den Fall der Stornierung nicht aufgeklärt wurden, zum guten Umgang mit Kunden dazugehört bei seriösen Unternehmen. Ein Verzicht hierauf wird sich wohl oder übel auf Dauer in den Bewertungen wiederfinden was für den Unterpunkt "Kundenservice" nicht von Vorteil sein kann. Hier würde ich definitiv nachbessern. Daher insgesamt von unserer Seite 4/5 Sterne.
