We did a semi-private tour in December. Seven Churches tour was just for 2 of us, and Cappadocia was a tour with 1-2 other couples.
The planning with Betul was very easy and she’s so helpful. The guides and drivers are wonderful, always on time, car is big and comfortable.The hotels they booked for us are good and clean.

At all levels, the care given and services provided were beyond our expectations. Having limited experience when it comes to guided tours, I found Crossroad personnel to take care of details and go the extra mile to make our trip so enjoyable.
The booking process was easy. (When trying to contact other agencies in the past we often received no reply.) After we booked the tour Crossroads continued to communicate with us and assist as the tour start approached. At one point, I sent an email with some errors regarding the day we were to start our tour and Eren quickly contacted me to verify and correct my mistake. I was quite surprised and pleased at the quick response. Thank you, Eren
Oscar, our guide, and Solu, our driver were more than courteous and professional, as we bonded over our time together. Oscar was very knowledgeable regarding the places we visited and patiently opened up a wealth of delightful information to us. It was quite evident that he is well connected and has much experience as he was able to get us into places overlooked or inaccessible to others. Solu got us from place to place knowing the best routes to take and navigated heavy traffic masterfully. He also took time to teach us a slight of hand trick using a coin. To learn more about that you will have to ask him about it when you book your tour with them (smile).
The pace was just right allowing us plenty of time at each destination as well as time in between to catch a nap, when travelling longer distances, as needed. From start to finish this has been a delightful tour and I suggest folks ask for those I have named to be a part of their 7 churches tour.

Cross Roads does offer quality services.
EFFICIENT & FRIENDLY BETUL. From day one I contacted Tours Biblical, Ms.Betul Eren, the travel coordinator was very prompt and efficient in working out 7 Churches & Istanbul tours itenary to our preferences. Though I was in touch with other operators, it was her nature of dealing and informative communication that led us to Cross Roads and Tour Biblical. During the tour, every day she would intimate us of the pick up and transfer and we could also call her any hour of the day for clarifications.
EFFICIENT AND INFORMATIVE YAVUZ. Though not a Christian Yavuz was well versed in Bible and knew the Christian history much better than many Christians. He explained everything well and we could ask him anything. He was kind, jovial, friendly, helpful, punctual and well organised. Because of his in depth knowledge, we also came out with a better understanding of the church history.
Istanbul tour guides were also informative and we were comfortable with them and had an enjoyable time.
Drivers were safe and vehicles were new and comfortable.
Hotels were hospitable and comfortable & the food was good.
Pick ups, transfers and tours were followed perfectly to the time in the itenary given to us.
We had a good time and enjoyed our days in Turkey.
WE would also do other tours with you in future and have recommended Cross Roads to our friends and family.
Dedicated Betul, Yavuz and other guides are an asset to you.

I have been to many parts of the world with many travel operators. Some of them have gone down on their word by skipping many parts of the original itenary given by them. Crossroads has kept their word and covered all the places as per the program the food provided was reasonably good and the tour guides were friendly helpful cooperative. It was on the whole a good experience

Definitely enjoyed greatly of the tour with our guide Yavuz Mogul and the friendly driver. He is a knowledgable guide who speaks well in English. He makes effort to know the history of churches though he is a Muslim. He makes effort to make his own study & research to give different perspective of each letter to churches. He shows of his great passion to tradition culture & historical heritage. The driver is very attentive throughout the trip.
Only issue we experienced was looking for place to have dinner after we were dropped off at our hotel. The hotel is nowhere near any eatery. At one time, we had to walk 1/2 hour to eatery on a quiet street with not much street lights.

Had a great tour with Yavuz Morgul. He really made an effort to study the history of the different chruches and explained the historical meaning and significance of the churches. Had lots of time to explore and take in as much of the sites as we needed. :)
