Experience was good but massage time was less than 30 mins I was bit disappointed ☹️, But good service for pick up & drop off also communication is good.

Wow what a wonderful experience we had today. Booked directly through TripAdvisor amazing value for money. Drivers were friendly, all staff were friendly and fully accommodated my casted arm to ensure it didn't get wet. Massages were brilliant, that good myself and my partner opted in for an extra honey back massage and leg massage. No pressure to buy extras but we didn't want it to be over, its so relaxing. Will defo book again on our next holiday to Marmaris. 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Помогает коже приобрести ровный и красивый загар. Возьмите VIP (это + дополнительный 30-минутный общий массаж). Вы попадаете на небо и потом, как листочек, прилетаете на Землю... Рекомендую

This was a great start to our holiday. Pick up on time - staff very friendly - well organised - massage amazing. We booked through trip advisor before arriving and was so simple.

The organiser was late to pick me up at my hotel. When he did he didnt communicate much. My appointment was 4pm but the driver picked us at 4.30pm.Arriving for my treatment at 4:45pm. As I came out of the minibus I missed a step and fell down bruised my shoulder and back. Fortunately, I was able to walk and allowed to proceed with my treatment. Once we were there the facilities were clean, amazing and outstanding. It was explained that we will get 20 mins of each treatment ie- sauna, turkish scrub, form bath and classic massage. My husband and I opted to top up sports massage (£60) which was amazing. We were given lockers for our belongings and non slip shoes for free. The only thing I hated is when I was being massaged the rep was still trying to sell me another treatment. I felt bullied and embarrassed as I was half naked trying to relax and the guy is asking for more money for a treatment I didn't want. In the end I think he got the message end left me alone to enjoy my massage.

It was good... not bad not wow
Since marmaris is a touristic area so you are always supposed to pay more than what u were told... always there is a pressure on u to buy or let u pay for additional things...

Bad service. Tried to make us buy more treatments and got angry when we said we only wanted hamam as we booked. Scrub was about a minute, and bobblemassage for three minutes. Oil massage for 15 min. Tried to make us buy more throughout the whole treatment. Not recommended! Wasted money and bad service!

I booked in for my first day in Turkey. The day before I was contacted to confirm my pick up time. I was collected in a plain vehicle (driver just asked if I was going to the hamam and let me in, the only down side to the experience) we got there along with another family. The set up is beautiful. Very clean and relaxed. I was offered different massages like salt scrub and hot stone etc but the package was enough.
It started with 15 minutes in a warm marble room where we could wash by ourselves. This was in a mixed group but everyone is in swimming costume - no nudity.
After 15 minutes a group of men entered with a trolley of items. They use a loofah mit to scrub all over the body. I could see skin being peeled away. After a while it does get a little sore but totally worth it. We were then beaten with foam filled pillows and cleaned by the same men. This came with a slight massage. We were then asked to rinse off in the shower before having cloth sheets wrapped around our waist and given a towel. There was 5 minutes sat in the atrium where there was opportunity to buy a water.
Next taken upstairs to the massage tables. There are both couples rooms and single rooms. Every masseuse was very polite and friendly. I had Hassan in and individual room. He was amazing. Just the basic massage with the package is more than enough. Very relaxing.
I also had a shiatsu massage which cost £30 extra. This is a very good price for the treatment. I was on the table for over an hour. He crippled me with the deep tissue massage. My legs felt as if they had been in the gym all day and still do the following day.
My only concern with the massage was as soon as he had finished I was asked to sit up and to go downstairs, I was so relaxed and groggy that I could have used 5 minutes to prepare myself to get up. I came away feeling like a piece of jelly and very relaxed for the rest of the day.
I sat in the gardens waiting for my ride back which the hamam provided. The gardens are beautiful.
All in all a brilliant place and service. Definitely recommend for the start of the holiday.
