I could not fault any. The food was five stars. Eljy looked after me well and made sure I see all the animals in the park. Very entertaining. It was a great experience for me. Thank you very much

As a single female traveller over 60 years of age I really enjoyed this holiday. Accommodation was quite basic, but this was too be expected and food showed much creativity but the company was enjoyable and activities varied and very interesting...I strongly recommend this company.

This trip was pretty much exactly what it said on the label. A varied ride through contrasting states. Well organised and well run. No problems and a lot of fun. A good balance of riding and relaxation.

We have used Ngoni safaris three different times, for three very different trips in Uganda. Each time we have been thrilled with the groups they have paired us with and had amazing and memorable experiences!

I contacted Ngoni safaris-only 2 weeks before my arrival in Uganda-requesting a customized 3 day safari in Murchison while staying in specific lodges in both Destinations. Sedrick's communication was excellent all the way. He helped me create my dream holiday in this beautiful country and was quick to answer all of my questions in a professional and friendly way.
Sedrick was also my guide and I have to say that he is the best guide I could ever have asked for. Highly knowledgeable, kind, professional, friendly and with a clear love and respect for nature/animals and his job. He truly turned this trip into a once in a lifetime adventure.
I will definitely book with them again, the next time I will get the opportunity to visit Uganda.

Booking the trip was made easy by a helpful, honest and caring company. Ngoni safaris director sedrick tailored our tour according to our time frame and preferences. Nothing was a problem. Our guide was 100% professional and accommodating. At all times he made us feel safe and comfortable. His knowledge and insight into his country, the wildlife and social factors made our experience far richer than we expected.
Overall it was a truly unforgettable trip. Thank you Ngoni safaris.

This is one of my memorable trips, Murchison falls national is indeed a good park we saw alot of animals like lions, elephants, Sedrick the guide and the owner of the agent tried his level best to ensure that we spot the lions, thanks to God we spotted three lions and my wife was so happy..I recommend this company 100% because they provided us everything we wanted and the accommodation was super good, thanks a lot Sedrick

We were really curious when we book this trip. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I would advise anyone who is visiting East Africa to try such a trip to wildlife and nature. Nature was amazing, but not the agency.
The agency guy and the driver were nice, but arrangements not:
- problem with online payments, managed to pay in 2 days only;
- not very informative what to expect and consider;
- Late pick-up in the morning;
- Ryno park was closed and no one was informed about it, we realized that only after asking when we will arrive at the place;
- The road closer to National Park was diaster, there was another better road but have no idea why we drove 1.5 hours more distance to get there;
- MTN sims not functioning at the place, the agency has not even considered a solution. Apparently, Airtel sims are functioning and they could be providing us one;
- No wifi connection in Murchison River Lodge. The only spot was near the pool area which doesn't work, so we were not able to communicate with our families for 3 days properly. I was not even able to talk to my wife on a night of Valentine's Day (((;
- No plugs in tents;
- The driver asked us if we have an anti-insect spray with us when we arrived at Murchison Falls. We have never been told what to consider. Or agency should have this immediate stuff ready in the car;
The food was ok, the people in the River Lodge were nice. But they have not considered my "no pork" preference in breakfast. Seems the menu is standard for everyone - meat and very choice only.
The person, who intended to befriend of hotel's manager was nice to us, but he disappeared when we started to provide feedback about the hotel.
So, please consider carefully if you book a trip with this agency.
I have provided the same kind of feedback in SafariBookings, but they have claimed to them that I have never traveled with them, to remove my negative (but constructive) feedback.

Thanks for the feedback regarding your 3 days experience at Murchison falls national park, we apologize about the bad experience you had with the lodge, poor internet connections, bridge construction, Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary being closed and not informing you earlier about this.
Let me first begin with the lodge (accommodation) experience; your colleague chose this accommodation (Murchison river Lodge) after rejecting a better accommodation we had provided for you guys. We have our own specific accommodations we use for all our tours but when a client decides to choose his or her own accommodation and sticks on it then it’s normally hard for us to reject it. Murchison Falls National Park is crossed by the River Nile bisecting in to two sectors that is southern and the northern sectors of the park, in order to tour the wildlife in Murchison Falls National Park, one has to cross with the ferry to the northern side of Paraa area in order to do a game drive around the National Park. If you had accepted the Lodge we gave you in the itinerary then this wouldn't have happened to you.
The lodge your colleague chose is on the southern and it involved crossing the river using the boat that’s if you’re coming from Tangi gate, before the water levels raised all tourists used to cross the river using the ferry and water levels on River Nile raised and submerged the ferry docking point at Paraa Murchison Falls National Park. The flooding made it difficult for vehicles to enter the ferry. There has never been a road that helps you cross that river a part from using a ferry or boat So NO ROAD WAS SUSPENDED (it’s the ferry that was suspended because of increased high water levels but boats still remained in operation).
Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary Closure; Ziwa Rhino sanctuary was closed a few days before the start of our trip to Murchison and there was no communication by either UWA or ZIWA RHINO & WILDLIFE RANCH regarding the closure of this place, they just informed us on phone when we had called them to book for Rhino Tracking and they apologized for not informing the public on time. Very many tour operators and tourists are bouncing back at the gate of Ziwa Rhino just because ZIWA RHINO & WILDLIFE RANCH never communicated to the public that they are closed, you can even check on their website you will see that there is no such communication.
Thanks for appreciating our guide and driver and we apologize about the challenges you faced while on the trip, we always ensure that we provide the best services to our clients for the good years we have spent in business you are the only client we have faced a challenge with I think because of the poor services offered by the lodge, Ziwa closure without communication, ferry closure and poor internet connections, we also emailed the Lodge you slept in and informed them about the challenges you faced while at their lodge and they asked for an apology and they promised to call you.

Very fun! It was a one of a kind experience for all of us. Our trip is like no other. The staffs are all very nice and welcoming too! We will surely be back!

It is one of the best service provider. It provides a lots of facilities. It has very good customer support services. It always take care of his customers. I like it's service and facilities. It provides service at very low cost as compare to others. It is always one of the best trip advisor.
