즐거운 하루였고 맛도 휼륭했다 가르치는 선생도 유쾌하고 직원도 유쾌하고 아주좋은 경험이였다. It's very nice 나중에 또오고 싶어요 신랑이랑 둘이왔는데 너무 짱짱 여러분들 고민하지지말고 꼭 가세요 여기 선생님 두분 착하고 너무너무. 쪼아용ㅎㅎㅎ

Das war unser bester Tag in 3 Wochen Vietnamreise. Uns wurde von Reisebekannten empfohlen, eine Cooking Class bei Jolie in Hoi An zu machen und es war fabelhaft. Bei der Ankuft beim Buchen haben wir uns schon sehr gastfreundlich empfangen gefühlt und alles lief reibungslos, Transfer vom Hoi An nach Da Nang und zurück war kein Problem. Wir haben gesehen, wo die Zutaten gepflanzt, gepflegt und geerntet wurden und konnten sogar mithelfen (Hier kann man auch eine Bootstour buchen oder beides weglassen). Nach einem Kaffee wurden wir durch einen vietnamesischen Markt geführt und kauften weitere Zutaten ein.
Schließlich haben wir die Cooking Class bei Rosie in familiären Umfeld gemacht und haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt - in Vietnam! Wir kochten vier verschiedene Gerichte, die alle unfassbar gut geschmeckt haben, viel frischer und geschmackvoller als in Restaurants oder Street Food. Das beste war aber wie herzlich und begeistert Rosie und Summer die Cooking Class gemacht haben. Durch sie wurde es zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis, es war wie zu Gast bei Freunden sein!
Wir können es absolut jedem empfehlen, vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen Abend!
Schließlich haben wir die Cooking Class bei Rosie in familiären Umfeld gemacht und haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt - in Vietnam! Me and my girlfriend had a fantastic time with the cooking class. We started the morning with a friendly car journey before going to their vegetable patch to see the traditional way of Vietnamese farming. After this we had a quick coffee and trip to the market. Then we headed back for the cooking class - we learnt to make four different dishes which were all delicious especially the Summer Rolls.
I would thoroughly recommend this as a great way to spend the morning and early afternoon in Da Nang.
Rosie was a great host, friendly chatty and gave great tips for our trip to Hoi An that night.

Super cooking class in da nang! Top activity in danang must do. Ha and Jolie picked us up from the hotel in danang, took us for a market tour and coffee. Then to the farming to be local farmers for organic garden! Then to Jolie’s House ready for cooking. We loved all the foods we cooked. They were so nice, the house was so cozy! Thank you Jolie danang cooking class for a great day! Wish you all the best for you and students you are helping. Cheers!
