Visited the markets with Rosie before our fun 4 hour cookery course. Was a great introduction to some regional cooking skills and very tasty local dishes!

We had the most amazing time with Rosie, Helen and Hannah! Without giving away too many spoilers, it was super creative and educational. The food was also absolutely delicious, we had the most fun!

Rosie, Helen, and Hannah were such amazing hosts to our cooking class! From the market to welcoming us into their home, we had so so much fun. It was so interesting to learn amount the local markets and pick out fruits we haven’t tried before. Definitely will be attempting some of these recipes at home! Thank you so much!!

The whole experience was so interactive and exceeded my expectations!! Loved the market outing because we got to pick the fruits to include as part of our meal! The food was so delicious and Rosie, Hellen and Hannah were so kind energetic and patient! Totally recommend to all levels of cooks!

Rosie and Helen and Hannah did a great job today teaching us how to cook, as someone who doesn’t have the experience in cooking. the class is still super fun and fruitful. it was a great experience

Exceeded expectations! So friendly and casual. We got to cook, laugh, learn, dance and sing! The ladies made us feel at home and the food was SO delicious. I was sad I couldn’t eat it all because I got too full! A highlight of our trip. Thank you so much!

A highlight of our trip to Hoi an! The food was outstanding and we loved everything. The class was interactive and so much fun: cooking, learning and pancake flipping! Well worth it and catered to both meat and vegetarian eaters. Something we will remember forever.

Our cooking class was excellent. Rosie, our instructor, made the lesson interactive, informative, and fun. Each dish that she chose tasted great.
