My partner and I booked this trip to further explore the sights, smells and tastes of Hoi An. This experience absolutely delivered! Our host, Sam was a wonderful guide, who made us feel like locals and treated us to some excellent food. She was very considerate of our needs and took care of us the hours we were together. We are grateful to have had this experience and hope others can also share in this brilliant experience!

Although a person could easily entertain themselves and find wonderful food in Hoi An on their own, having a guide can make a big difference. Having a guide like Sam makes a HUGE difference. Sam was very knowledgeable, very personable and very fun to be with. You could tell she was well-liked by the vendors and she is just an authentically good person. She knows a lot about the food and the history of Hoi An and tourism in general and she made me feel more like I was with a new friend instead of a paid guide. That is a gift. The food was delicious and plentiful. The pace was perfect. And I came away full, happy and better informed. I recommend this tour and Sam highly.

Sam was an amazing guide. Super friendly and very knowledgeable about all the food and the area of hoi an. Her English is very good and she is happy to answer any questions you may have. The food is great and the walk is needed from all the food. It goes through some areas that are nice to see and the street food is incredible. Well worth it for the knowledge and a fun evening!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sam a Delightful knowledgeable guide. Delicious food. Excellent street experience with locals which we wouldn’t ordinarily seek out. A wonderful surprise.

Sam was an amazing guide! We sampled amazing food and learned so much about current Hoi A culture. This was a great tour to find spots to eat during the remainder of our stay in Hoi An.

Sam was great, amazing English as well. She showed us some hidden gem restaurants and told us all about Vietnam history and Hoi An specifically a lot as well. She was lovely. Food was amazing too. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to know about Vietnamese food more and try new things.

We were running late and our tour guide, Sam, stayed back so we can have a private tour- which was extremely appreciated. She was very knowledgeable about the local dishes and where they originated from. We had 8 different dishes which were all amazing &we ended the tour with the night lantern (the views, were amazing). This tour was so worth it, I might do a second round

Sam nam me mee op pad door Hoi An om me bij allerlei eetstalletjes de heerlijkste dingen te laten proeven. Ze is alleraardigst, legt veel uit en is gezellig. Spreekt supergoed Engels. Zeker een aanrader.

What a fun tour! Emma was the best! She tried hard to make the tour enjoyable for all of us, catering to our preferences. You could tell that she loves to pass along her enjoyment and appreciation of Hoi An food. Her enthusiasm was catching and she has a lot of knowledge. She spoke English beautifully as well so that was a huge plus. We tried about 10 dishes, I believe. All delicious. Impossible to pick a favorite. Went to places we never would have found otherwise. Highly recommend this tour!
