This tour was great and very well-run. They were on-time, quick to respond, and we appreciated they were to accommodate us when we asked to change the pick-up time last minute. And I was even more impressed with the tour guide... Our group of 9 included my distant cousin's family that had 1 child with them, who was the kid from HELL. Even I could barely stand this kid, nor the many annoying requests from the kid's parents, but the tour guide was always so kind, accommodating, patient, and really went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He was also very knowledgeable, spoke fluent English (and even enough Korean for my parents to understand!), and just a pleasure to talk to. I can't thank him enough for being able to deal with my family. Kudos to you, good sir. I'd definitely recommend this tour if you're looking to visit My Son & Marble Mtns!

My two sons and I had Kiwi organize a private tour for us through Da Nang and Hoi An, leaving from our hotel in Hoi An. Hung was our host who was friendly, energetic, had excellent English and went to every effort possible to make the day smooth, informative and entertaining.
The private tour included a modern, clean, comfortable SUV with Hung and the driver working seamlessly together, with the driver being at the entrance to each venue and welcoming us with cool air conditioning after each stop and chilled water. There’s no way we could have seen what we saw and with plenty of breaks with my boys. Everywhere Hung was at our side explaining history of the beautiful locations and helping us view the locations more efficiently, yet not being rushed or in our face.
Hung was incredibly engaging and fun keeping a 12 and 14 year old interested in the beautiful history of this area over a long day. Hung was also so helpful in photographing us, using our cameras so we could capture our whole family in the shot. He’s clearly done it many times before and knew where the best angle and location was.
Our itinerary went at follows:
Hoi An to Marble Mountain
Linh Ung pagoda
Had lunch, then went for coffee and Cong Cafe
My Son
Dropped back into Hoi An at ancient town.
Along the way Kiwi paid our entry fees and pointed out local sites My Khe Beach, dragon bridge etc and told us about the history etc.
What a wonderful day couldn’t have hoped for better.

Had a great day and a fantastic trip to these World Heritage sites, with Duy as our guide. Duy was very knowledgeable, a great guy, very friendly, and very flexible. A very enjoyable family fun day and I highly recommend the company - and Duy in particular.
