February might not be the best month as we saw ice and snow on our drive, but we were well looked after by Mason. Had a fab day in both Petra and Wadi Rum. Walking shoes needed for Petra and tip take the golf buggy back up. Wadi rum you are on the back of a jeep so wear a coat as it does get cold. But what an adventure we were collected at 8am and came home 7pm nothing too much trouble

We are so surprised of your comment, as our team did pick you up and drop you off successfully on time for your booked tour. You did the classic visit of Petra and you personally decided not to do Wadi Rum visit. This decision is not ours to make and we are not to be blamed!? We really do not understand your review as does not make sense to blame us for your personal decision by yourself and no details or valid argument is provided from your side with your comment. Very confusing indeed!

This was everything I hoped for and so much more! I was in Aqaba on a cruise ship and none of the excursions offered on the ship included both Petra AND Wadi Rum. I found this option through Viator and was advised that while they would try to accomodate me, it was possible they couldn't due to the time of my ship's late arrival and that I was trying to pack a lot into a short period of time. I understood that and decided to just hope for the best. Osama was waiting for me at the dock and we discussed what I wanted to do and we decided to do our best to go to both sites. My driver, Osama, was WONDERFUL!!! He was helpful, informative, and a delight to spend the day with. We wasted no time in leaving for Petra so we could arrive before the tour groups coming from the ship, ensuring that I could get a golf cart down to see the Treasury, which saved a great deal of time. After seeing the amphitheatre and other sites of Petra, we started off for Wadi Rum and arrived with plenty of time to ride though the desert, have tea with the Bedoins, and see a spectacular sunset. From there, Osama proceeded to take me on a tour of Aqaba, and I was able to do some shopping. My incredible day was capoed off by enjoying a traditional Jordanuan dessert. Osama was the absolute best and this incredible day could not have been made any more perfect! As an American woman travelling alone, I felt entirely welcomed, safe, and comfortable. This was an excellent example of excellent communication, managing expectations, and then far exceeding those expectations. I highly recommend!!! THANK YOU!!!

Une magnifique excursion.
Ared, le chauffeur nous attendais à la sortie du bateau avec mon nom/prénom.
Accueil très chaleureux de sa part malgré la barrière de la langue (nous ne sommes pas doués en anglais…)
Il a usé de stratégie pour favoriser notre compréhension au fil du trajet à l’aide de son traducteur et/ou de reformuler en anglais, afin de nous faire comprendre l’histoire et/ou les pratiques de la population des environs.
Nous nous sommes arrêtés à un premier point de vu, puis à un magasin touristique avec un autre point de vu.
Ensuite, nous avons rencontré un guide français à Petra, rien que pour nous, un guide passionnant (et passionné), encore merci à lui pour la transmission de l’histoire de ce MAGNIFIQUE lieu.
Nous avons écourté l’excursion à la suite du trajet la veille pour arriver sur le bateau, décalage horaire, beaucoup de marche à Petra, nous étions épuisés et nous ne sommes malheureusement pas aller voir le désert de Wadi Sum. Mais cela était de notre fait car la jeep nous attendait.
Et finalement après avoir échangé avec d’autres croisiéristes, il est plus simple et rapide de s’y rendre en voiture qu’en bus, et surtout moins cher que par un organisme d’excursion via votre compagnie de croisière. Cela est surtout mieux personnalisé dans la gestion du temps.
Le véhicule était confortable, les Jordaniens sont vraiment très accueillants!
Un grand merci à Ared, pour sa gentillesse et sa patience pour favoriser notre compréhension réciproque, et à Zayn tour pour nous avoir organisé cette superbe excursion!
Vigilance : Le Jordan pass n’est pas compris, frais à prévoir sur place
