I went as part of class for my graduate studies in the cultural backgrounds of the people of Arabia and it was a fantastic experience. I had no idea what to expect so I had no expectations and they blew me out the water. True, genuine hospitality as one can expect from the Middle East and Jordan in particular. Our hosts were attentive and gracious. Being able to stay in a real tent, sleep under the stars, ride camels thru Wadi Rum, and experience a taste of the Bedouin lifestyle was amazing. I look forward to returning to Wadi Rum for a longer stay under their direction. Thanks guys for a great trip!

Sami is incredibly sweet and genuine, which makes your experience personable and comfortable. Sami gave our group Henna tattoos, which were each uniquely crafted. In general, his family's camp provides an authentic Bedouin feel -- with consistent hospitality and opportunities to engage in cultural experiences. I would definitely recommend this option to anyone desiring to connect with Wadi Rum in an enriching way.

We were group of 7 people from Czech Republic, traveling through the Jordan for 8days. We got Sami’s (or guide) number from friend of ours, which stayed with him in past. We had a really good time in desert with Sami and his friends, who cooked for us brilliant typical food (it was slowly cooked in the pot inside the sand;)). We were hanging out in the communal tent while Sami was playing his guitar & dancing. Also trips by car, riding through dunes & drifting was amazing. Even though we picked very cold time to visit Wadi Rum, we enjoyed every moment of it. Every wake up in the morning with wonderful views! Thank you Sami! We will come back!

It was second time I went to Wadi Rum with Sami and his friends (Beduins who guided us in that place). First time 2018 in November and second time 2019 also November and we are planning to come again.
I really love to be there with them, they know very well that place so they know where is good and safe to sleep over night in desert. We had also great meal, it is possible to eat also vegetarian and they was doing they best to have also vegan possibility.
This trip or holidays is definitely true adventure. Desert it self is something so special and from my experience it can be even better to be there with people who care about you well.
Sami is very honest and great person to who I trust. He care for us glorious and I am really happy to meat him and his friends in my life.

I met Sammy in Wadi Rum and I Immediately knew I liked him just based on our conversation. I could tell he was a good guy, so I then decided on a whim to go see the black desert. It’s very different from wadi rum, and Sammy organized the trip.
He is a really nice guy who will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy yourself. I ate some of his food cooked from home for lunch and it was delicious. Thanks Sammy!

I have been to Wadi Rum more than once and Sami has already become so much more than a guide. He's a friend.
He has passion for people and his job. His deep love for the place and infectious enthusiasm is felt immediately after you meet him. He will share stories about Wadi Rum and show you places you will never forget. Just get in the car and you will scream with joy as Sami is a badass off-road driver who flies over the Martian dunes with cool music banging so the experience is intense and highly addictive. Then take a break, eat the awesome local food he prepares, have the sweet Bedouin tea, hit the road again and get ready enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets of your life.
PS. Sami loves cats and I had the chance to babysit for them :>
