Buyer Beware. Am in possession of a pre-paid ticket for a transfer from Almaty to Bishkek. I was supposed to be picked up from my hotel at 9:00 am today. There has been no communication with this company. I DID receive my confirmation and ticket by email. All the information is correct. No driver ever showed up, however. There is a phone number on the ticket that I called multiple times, and also had my friend in Kyrgyzstan call and the hotel desk call. But we all get answering machine message confirming in Russian and English that it is DEX Travel , then it hangs up. I also sent email messages and a WhatsApp message to their number. Nothing. No reply, no driver, just a worthless pre-paid ticket. I am now on my way to Bishkek with a private driver I hired at 10:00 after hearing nothing from DEX. I will deal with the fraud and awful customer service later and with the authorities. But I wanted to warn others so that you won’t make the same mistake I did. Do not give your money to this company.

I had a transfer from Almaty to Bishkek. I have to mention that both drivers were very polite, friendly and careful on the road. It was snowing that day, so I asked the call-center to make sure that it would be warm inside the car. Both cars were warm. Both drivers even offered me some water and cookies. Overall it was a nice drive with a great service.

Had a transfer from Almaty to Bishkek, my first driver was supposed to meet me at 11 am, but didn't showed up. After a 15 minute wait I called the company to hear that they are still busy arranging a driver. Eventually I had to wait for about an hour before my driver finally got there.
My second driver was on time, but asked me for a tip... I normally always give tips but in my opinion someone shouldn't asked for it, I find this very rude.
Overall the transfer itself was OK for Centra-Asian standerds I would say.
But based on my own experiences, I wouldn't recommend this company.

There is always the first time, and such case was first for our new Call center operator. Our company apologizes for making you wait the start of the transfer and for the behavior of the second driver. We tried to solve the problem as soon as possible and act professionally. Surely we will review this case and act correspondingly. We’d be happy to have a second chance and provide our service for you again. Compensating your first experience.
